Capurgana... no ATMs, BAD wifi, pretty much no one takes Visa.. after very bad experience at another place. See review. Found this. Not only great atmosphere. On sea, third floor with great view, but great music, free Wifi, no minimums AND owner was willing to get cash for me through PayPal! Love it.
