This is a great place to go to. The chef was trained in Chengdu by a Western chef for 3 years, also can speak English and is very helpful. Great atmosphere, unique. The hamburger is by far the best in Lijiang in my opinion. The meat isn't thin, quality burger and definitely fresh, it comes with fries or a salad for a great value. The pizza is also the better one in this city, better than Grandma's Kitchen, better than Bon Appetito, better than Sojurner's, and better than Maya's. Same goes for the hamburger, it won't disappoint! Finally, they have free Wi-Fi, can't get much better than that! They also serve the whole menu all day. Breakfast is decent as well. Has music playing downstairs that is good as well, not annoying, a great mix of music.

In Yunnan is hard to find a good coffee in the morning and I'm an addict-:). N's kitchen has great english breakfast, capuccino and home baked whole wheat bread. What else do you need? We all very delighted to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and our home made bread.We do very much appreciate your recommendation and hope you have a nice trip in China.

Without a doubt this place has the best live music in town, there are always talented musicians from different nationalities on stage, there is a great variety of international beers and wines on the menu, and the cocktails are also quite good, it is also a great place hub knob as this is where the hip crowd hangs out, come early tough because due to old town regulations music has to stop at 11:00 pm.

Stone the Crows is a great bar that stands out in comparison to the nightlife scene in Lijiang. While most of the drinking places in Lijiang old town are basically a ripoff for mass tourists, Stone is 100% legit with his awesome management and crowd of regulars both foreign and Chinese. I've been there a few times and always had a great time

We were very impressed by the quality of food and service at Cornerstone. We had the fish and shrimp tacos, which were outstanding. Also probably the best cheesecake we have ever had in China. Staff is super nice. Yes! Our fish and shrimp tacos are local favorites. Hard shell tacos are hard to find, but we got'em!
