Came here with my husband around 8pm without booking a table in advance. We got the last table! The owner met us at the door and gave us a welcoming feeling. Though the entire personnel seemed very busy and just quickly left the menu, cutlery, water or similar to the table without having time to talk to us. The restaurant was totally full and more people came in all the time. However most new customers seemed to get a table quite soon after waiting at the bar for a while. The food (ladies steak and pizza) was really good and came quite fast to the table! That was impressive considering how full the restaurant was and not do many people worked in the kitchen. The local wine was ok, but not the best. The selection of wine per glass was unfortunately quite small. After dinner the manager came to the table to ask if we were happy with the food, but didn’t seem to have enough time to listen to our reply, as he ran away in the middle of my sentence. Perhaps the restaurant would need more staff at busy periods... The toilet was nice and clean.

The worst restaurant experience in my whole life. The interior looks like a former brothel. We ate the mediocre with my family including a 10 months old daughter and after we left the so-called manager/owner of the restaurant came right after us, yelling at us, scaring my daughter, that we stole his SALT AND PEPPER. I asked him to review the cctv tapes, and surprisingly he said he didnt have time to do so. I’ve been around but have never been treated so badly before. Left me speechless

We called ahead and ordered pizzas to takeaway to our apartment. They were made freshly to order and were just coming out of the oven when we arrived. They were delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of food.

Great for lunch - they don’t take reservations at busy times so get a good spot early! Pizza is delicious and finger food also v tasty (onion rings, mozzarella sticks, breaded prawns and chicken wings). Good service and a lovely place to sit in the sun.

“You must pay me much more then in the bill, because I don’t like your kids”.Terrible place, especcially the owner Christine Pirpamer!!!!! How these world could the owner said to the guests!!!!????We had my son’s birthday party there (2yo), there was 7 adilts and 8 children (i wrote about that in my booking request, i wrote even more, but one of our friends got sick and didn’t come). So, the owner knew exactly what to expect. The restaurant ABSOLUTELY NOT KIDS FRIENDLY, the owner Christine Pirpamer is very rude and terrible. Our kids didn’t break or make anything dirty, most if them were drawing and playing quietly. Couple of times two small kids were crying, but they are children, its natural. We were in a separate room, with the door closed. We were not very loud. Owner told us “you must give me more money then written in the bill for the mess you left”. What mess?!? we even helped her to collect the dirty plates, all the table covers were clean, and then she said “you must leave now”, and then my kids are terrible, and crasy (they were quite calm). WE DIDN’T BREAK ANYTHING, I even asked plastic plates for children (to prevent any damage), we left the table covers clean! We will never come back! The lady Christine Pirpamer is super rude and terrible owner and told so many bad things to her clients. How she can manage restaurant?!!If you’re planning to go there - forget this idea!!! Definitely not worth to spend you money and time there!!!! Terrible Place!!

Hotel Bergwelt Restaurant - Pizzeria

We popped in during our hiking trip, just to have some drinks and some desserts. The place lacks the personality we met at other restaurants in Vent, but its probably focuses on functionality during the high-season buzz. The service was slower than expected, as the place was almost empty. The waiter was not friendly and seemed to be disappointed when we ordered only dessert. I would say, the restaurant was average in all aspects.
