There is without a doubt a hidden jewel in an offbeat path not too far from one of the largest main intersections in this Capital City of the State of Coahuila. The place has just recently opened- I was informed the soft opening was just 3 months ago (as of Feb 2015). I had to ask the owners given that the culinary offerings are superb, both in visual presentation and delectable flavor, yet for the 3 hours I spent there, there was minimal foot traffic. This is the 3rd time I visit this place within this week! I have ordered new dishes on every occasion and have yet to be disappointed. Their artisanal culinary offerings are all made from scratch, utilizing fresh & organic ingredients, and it is immediately noticeable once it hits your palate.I do enjoy coming here and will certainly return. There are many items on their menu which I have yet to try. Truly a hidden gem worth visiting.

I've always said that the decor is what draws the customers in and the food is what keeps them coming back for more. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case here. The decor is what I really like about this place. Elegant with a bit of modern... great for family, friends or dates. The food is what I really dislike about this place. It's highly overpriced for what you get. If the pizzas were amazing and tasted like heaven... I would be okay with the price but the pizzas were saddening. Cheese is what wows the pizza but the cheese here was bland. We ordered a plate that was like fried mozzarella expecting it came with toast but it was literally the overpriced cheese in a bowl. OUCH! The drinks were decent. Would I go again... ehhh. No comment.

Maybe I was just really hungry but I don't think that was the case. I went for drinks with friends and ended up ordering the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Best decision ever! It came on a wooden board with potato wedges (these needed more salt). The bread reminded me of the pan crust pizza which I love. It had the perfect amount of cheese, onions, steak and green pepper. Can't wait to go again! Atmosphere, music, etc. was great too.We appreciate your comments, we hope you come back soon!Let's Rock, Let's Amper.

They advertise themselves as gourmet pizzas but I felt there was nothing gourmet about it. Maybe their ingredients are gourmet but the pizza tasted mediocre. I was very disappointed. There was nothing special about the pizza. I was expecting higher standards since the prices are high but after the trying three different pizzas all I can say was "what a mistake it was coming here." Very overpriced for the taste. My palate was aching for the gourmet it didn't get for weeks!
