We went there for lunch (but careful as at 1.30pm they were already closing the kitchen) and we tasted excellent fried piadina with different types of salame and prosciutto. We then tried the tortelli and ragù fettucine: they were all amazing! The sorrounding is beautiful and the people reallyt nice. It is really worth a stop!

Siamo stati diverse volte in questo locale,e ci siamo fermati 2 volte a cena. L'obbiettivo principale era quello di fare un bagno nel fiume in compagnia del nostro Leo ( cane). Che manco a dirlo è rimasto in acqua per quasi 2 ore , locale semplice, ma accogliente. Personale gentile e sinpatico, buona e leggera la pizza,prezzi onesti. Dopo cena siamo rimasti ancora per goderci il più possibile il fresco e la tranquillità del posto. Buono anche il parcheggio tutto ombreggiato e per circa 25/30 auto.

A lovely, off the beaten track restaurant. Amazing, classic tuscan food combined with an fantastic view of the hillside. Staff was very friendly and made you feel extremely welcome. Definitely worth a visit if youâre in the area!

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale trovato a due passi dalla piazza principale in occasione della sagra delle castagne e del Marron buono di Marradi.Il crescione e il panino erano davvero ottimi. Il personale gentilissimo e il servizio molto veloce.Ideale sia per una rapida sosta che per una cena tranquilla in famiglia o tra amici. Torneremo sicuramente!

We visited this restaurant with a group of friends at the end of November, just in time for porcini mushroom season, luckily for us. So we had porcini, hand made lasagna and pasta, cinghiale (wild boar), various desserts to share so we could try all of them and of course good Italian wine. Everything was delicious and at a very good price! Service was very fast and friendly. Additionally, it's just opposite of the castle and a 2min walk brings you to the river with an old stone bridge, do not miss this view :-). If you are driving by Bologna/Imola on the E45, we strongly suggest to make a detour and take the time to try this real traditional Italian restaurant!

Incredibile, trovare un locale simile nella strada fra i paesini delle colline che portano a Firenze.Lorenzo il gestore una persona affidabilissima che sa consigliarti bene.Sicuramente ritorneremo anche se a 45 km. Da Faenza.

This great pizzeria/ristorante is tucked away in the mediaeval quarter of Palazzuolo Sul Senio - at the head of the Senio valley and in the province of Florence (Tuscany) but on the Romagna side of the Appenines. A beautiful village in the cool of the mountains providing a refreshing break from the heat of the pianura.Oskar always cooks great pizze in the wood fired oven but on this occasion we decided to go for a Fiorentina steak (similar to T-Bone but cut to provide one side fillet and the other sirloin (contrafiletto)). Not only was it enormous - over 1kg - but extremely tasty and the chef came to the table to slice it for us. Price? Unbeatable at â¬3.50/100g. Couple that with good regional wine, great roast vegetables and decent music.
