Tiny, dirty storefront next to Ocean State Job Lot. Woman taking the order put me on hold twice; took 7 minutes to order one pizza for pick up. Chewy crust (not in a good way), heavy on the cheese, skimped on the pepperoni. The 2 favorable reviews online must have been from the owner's parents.

This is no longer the Riverview it is now called Tomatoes....They have fried dough which is hard to find in this area. The hamburgers are the best anywhere....

As transplants from The Windsor / Enfield area, a trip back to the area always includes a stop at H&M Grinders. My combo cold cuts grinder was just as I had expected. It was loaded with at least a pound of meat! However one grinder that should be taken off the menu is their teriyaki chicken. My wife, for some unknown reason, ordered this type of grinder. It was definitely loaded with tons of chicken breasts but over soaked in teriyaki sauce. It was impossible to eat half of it at the diner and take the remainder on our nearby flight from there. The bread was as soft and mushy as if it had been soaked in soup! I'll continue to go back to H &M, but will avoid anything in teriyaki sauce!

Was pleasantly surprised by the NY style pizza. Nice and thin and that is much needed in our area. We had a white pizza and two reds, all were wonderful. Just the right amount of sauce (tasty) and cheese. The service was very prompt and attentive. Not for the best part, the wings! Had an order of buffalo and also garlic parm. Asked for them "wet" style. Good sized, cooked perfectly, and came out fast. After dinner, we went over to the bar side and had a drink which was reasonably priced. Have been back three times since early July.

Small family restaurant w/ booths and tables. Limited draft beer and wine selection but good. Four of us ate four different dishes. All were two thumb up! Portions were generous, dinner served w/ salad or soup & bread. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. A mom and pop place that deserves your business. Say hello to owner Jason, Chef Jose and Server Kristen and tell them that Hank sent you. No. I am not related. It was my first visit. I am flying tomorrow but I hope to pass through here again. I would like to be a repeat customer.

Henry's has been a favorite place for my family since I was just a kid. Seriously, that's about 50 years!!!! Since we now live in Florida, we include Henry's as a must eat meal when we visit CT. Everything is made fresh and delicious!!! We love the ambiance and hometown feel as we always feel welcome when we eat there with friends and family.

Whether you get a grinder or a pizza....not too shabby for a little joint. I get a pizza once a month and I like there sauce. It's not sweet. They have a handful of toppings, but nothing crazy. Meatball grinders are a favorite. I always get additional peppers, onions and mozz on mine, but that's an Italian thing :). Enjoy and happy dining.

The food you will live we tried everything . Everything was delicious. We just felt a bit rushed from appetizers no time to chew maybe 7 minutes and then main course. This is place is a true gem! Always great good and even better service. So many items made in house from scratch. The pastas are INSANE!! The bolognase is the best around... homemade pasta and meat sauce. So many good choices.. pork chops, steaks and fish and chips. Food is so fresh and entrees come with soup or salad which I love!! Everything they say about Sofiaâs is true. A large menu with great choices, good service, huge portions and great food. On a recent Friday night visit the place was packed. Even then seating was quick and a rear dining area offered a comfortable seating. After being seated warmed rolls and flavored olive oil was served. Starting with the fried calamari as an appetizer, it was an entrée sized portion. The rings of calamari were large, tender and served with a bowl of their flavorful marinara sauce. For an entrée it was linguini with clams in white sauce. Another winner. As I had eaten most of the calamari a half portion of the large plate of linguini was all I could finish. All of the tables were in this dining room were full and everyone was happily enjoying their dinners. What a great place Sofiaâs is!
