I really wanted to get some pizza and the recommendations about L'Ostreria were unstopable. We went there and had different plantes. All of them awesome. I order my pizza and did not kow it was goibg to be that big. It was delisious but I couldnt finish it. The atmosphere of the whole place is great, cozy and friendly. The service is outstanding. I had a Sunday lunch here with my 16 month old and my husband. We had spent the morning walking amongst the vines and came back in town for lunch. Many places were fully booked so we came here. The female waiter was very helpful and gave us water and bread very quickly so the baby didnât have to wait. But the male waiting staff were awful. They ignored us many times when we tried to move out to the patio and when we tried to pay the bill. I am not sure why, but the outside waiter made eye contact with me on three occasions as I gestured for the bill and decided to ignore me and not even a quick âI ll be with you in a minuteâ. What kind of hospitality is this? If this place was not by the water front or it is located outside of Switzerland it will not have any business!! Dominoâs makes better pizza. Thatâs enough said about the food.

Had an enjoyable lunch with my family.Nothiing wrong with service, quality or price but eaten in many many similar establishments.I do recommend it because its all you can expect from a good Italian Pizzeria.A plus was the decor and central location.

Had dinner here during a business trip. The restaurant is very cozy, and the staff and owner seemed very familiar towards the customers.Italian was the spoken and written language. The daily menu with the date on it was a nice touch.Had a salad and then a pasta dish with some homemade tomato sauce etc. Had a recommend wine to accompany the meal, very good.A good experience in a great atmosphere that indicated resembled what I have seen in Italy

Had Pasta alla Vongole. The food was delicious but service was slow. Got my food after 20mins and a follow up. The servers were very friendly. Take a seat outside and watch the day pass you by!

We have eaten in this restaurant once or twice a year for several years and have usually been very pleased with the daily menu (menu du jour). However, this year we were more than disappointied. The wide pasta was enevenly cooked and generally overcookedâ-inexcusable for an Italian restaurant! The sauce was unrefined and one could have done better with a prepared product at the supermarket. Tha daily special should be very good for 18.50 Swiss Frances(about $19) and the staff should be aware that their offering was less than mediocre!
