We have gone to Pulido's for as long as I can remember and I don't think we have ever been dissapointed. It is a great place for a quick, not very expensive meal with good food!

This is a new place on the square in Weatherford. They have an interesting selection of street tacos sold individually. I stopped in for an early lunch on a Friday and it was already filling up. I took a seat at the bar and asked the bartender what was good. She rattled off a number of tacos she really liked. I asked about the Cuban and she recommended it. I ordered one and another she recommended, the blackened catfish taco. The catfish was very good. Nicely seasoned and not overcooked. The Cuban was stunning. All of the flavors in that first bite made me pause just to savor it. It was fantastic. I can't wait to go back. The only thing I would ding them on a little bit is water quality. Weatherford is known for having changing water quality because of the source and restaurants need a serious filter to tame it. next time I'll have a beer instead.

Rosa's is great, you can go in and sit down or go through the drive through. It's fast food, but not. They have real plates and silverware but you order through a line. The queso is fantastic and the flour tortillas are made in house. Make sure you order extra flour tortillas, trust me! They're that good!

Solidly average food, not bad, but better suited to the lunch buffet than a dinner meal. Beans and rice good. Relleno, not so much, the most edible part was the chile itself. Enchilada unmemorable. Nice meal portion size. Reasonable prices. Crispy chips, unusual flavor in the salsa. Ok service. The grilled items sounded good - maybe the grilled items are much better than the Tex-Mex standards. If I returned I would try the lunch buffet or for dinner, a grilled option.

Looking for a very mediocre dinner experience? Try Fuzzy's! The food is good, but so is just about every other place in town. The only staff interaction is when you order, and they would rather be doing anything other than helping customers. This used to be a family favorite but the last three visits were very underwhelming, so we aren't going back for a while.

Read the reviews and we came. The food wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad either. The chicken enchiladas were probably the most tasty because of the sour cream. The beef enchiladas were bland. The entire plate was bland. My husband got the burrito dinner and I got kiki's special so I could taste a variety of enchiladas. The hot sauce was good. It could have been more spicy for my liking. The chips were thin and crunchy...I liked those. The food was decent. The waitress we kept having to hunt down.

Went here on the way back home. Ordered something new with the crispy enchiladas. It came out on a big plate. Came out with 3 round crispy tostada chips. Chili on top, piccadillo meat in the middle and a third chip underneath. Not crazy about chili or the fact that nothing was between the second and third chip. Otherwise the piccadillo was delicious along with the rice.

My husband and another couple visited on Saturday evening for a birthday celebration. The location is good. The restaurant is beautiful. We were greeted nicely and seated at a very nice table. The food is good, but not the best mexican food I've had, and not really memorable.My husband and I had eaten at this restaurant several months before with a satisfactory experience, and my friend and I had stopped in for a Margarita at the bar while Christmas Shopping. In the City of Weatherford, this could be the best Mexican restaurant in town, EXCEPT the service is lacking in so many ways. I will say, the Manager came to our table multiple times to see if everything was ok with us. He was very nice and did his best to make sure we were taken care of. I should have taken the opportunity to have a conversation about the very poor service from their servers.Here's the list:#1, A member of our party called to find out if they had cake for the birthday celebration. The person that spoke to him, told him that they had chocolate cake, but after arriving, was told by the wait staff they did not have chocolate cake. #2. When ordering the margarita, I specifically advised we wanted a "large" margarita that I had previously, served in a "schooner". The waitress had no idea what a schooner was, so we explained what it looked like, she advised they did not have a glass like that. After going back and forth with her, and us about to go to the bar ourselves to talk to the bartender, she finally advised she knew what we were talking about and brought us our margaritas - after approx. 1/2 an hour wait.#3. My husband did not order the "large" margarita, but she brought him one instead of the regular margarita he ordered. #4. The other couple in our party ordered beef and chicken fajitas for 2. Our food was brought out very quickly, however the fajitas served was a very small amount, even for one. Therefore, we had to wait on another plate of fajitas.#5. One member of our party requested another "large" margarita, and they brought out 2 instead - only 1 was requested.#6. When it was time to pay, each couple in our party sent their credit card for each of their tickets and when they were returned for us to complete, the waitress had mixed up each other's ticket, and charged the wrong card for both. We waited again for correction.I cannot be sure, but felt like the waitress that served us possibly did not understand English well, and did not know what we were saying? The amount of mistakes she made, and the miscommunication apparently between all of our party and her were many. It ruined a potentially good time. Although the manager was very nice, I experienced very slow service by the bar staff on my previous visit - waiting approximately 20 minutes for our drinks, when we were the only customers sitting at the bar! From reading other patron's reviews, it appears slow service is common. As beautiful as it is inside, and the fairly good food, there were not many people there for 6:00 on a Saturday night. Most other local restaurants do not have many tables available, and many times there is a wait. Management needs to correct these issues in order to remain in business.

We have been here multiple times for lunch and the food continues to be consistent. I had chimichangas and husband had carne guisada. Both were excellent! We sat in the bar area which seemed to be the most popular, even with people that have small children. They have a small covered patio area if you want to sit outside when weather is nice and dining room is large. They have a full bar with cold draft schooners of beer.

This is the third Rio Mambo restaurant we have visited. They have all provided good service and delivered excellent food. This visit we tried the Mal's Pollo Pablo, and the verde sauce was creamy and delicious. It has become our go-to place for Mexican food.
