Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
It was empty for lunch. The staff members were all pleasant. I was a little concerned going there, being very sensitive to spices and salt (the Mexican Grill title to me suggest flavor). However to my surprise, the CARIBBEAN MANGO GRILLED FISH I've ordered had no flavor. My companion ate the fish tacos, but left the rest of his flavorless meal on the plate. I won't be going back. You can get more Mexican at the Houlihan's next door.
I have found that the Chipotle in the States tastes better than the one across the border. Now they are serving the burrito-less version, which is a bowl, and I have enjoyed it both times I had it. The place was a mess though and I wasn't happy with that at all.

The closest that I have come to Mexico is New Mexico where my Son calls Home in Albuquerque. As such we have become very familiar with Mexican Food and have a real fondness for it.There had been another Mexican Restaurant in this location but we never had a chance eating there. We stopped in El Gallo Giro 2 this afternoon for lunch and a good choice it was. When we sat down the Waiter who turned out to be the Cook brought us a basket of tortilla chips with red and green sauce, he also brought us complimentary bowls of a very light chicken rice soup. The soup was nice and the chips were very good along with the green and red sauces, the sauces each had a nice heat, different but not too hot.My Wife order a three soft taco combo (chicken, beef, pork) and enjoyed it very much, I ordered a burrito that was filled with rice & beans & chorizo, the chorizo was probably the best Iâve ever had, nice taste without being overpowering. We washed it all down with Mexican Coke, I ended up taking half of my burrito Home as it was so big.Weâre looking forward to the opportunity of taking other Family members there for Dinner soon.
