We stopped in while attending the Delaware Arts Festival (Highly recommended! Good fun! Lots of chances to meet and pet dogs!). We had a couple drinks. We thought it was a Mediterranean place but it seemed more Mexican. Looks like they make their own hot sauce. Iâd have liked to tried one but didnât have a spoon. Fun place to stop in. Thereâs a BBQ place with a patio right next door.Weâd love to have you back and turn your 3-star to a 5-star! At 12 West we prepare a fusion of Mexican cuisine and southwest fare. If we can have you back, weâd would love to share our hot sauce and the rest of our menu with you! ;)

We had lunch with our realtor and were very satisfied with this Mexican restaurant.The gluten free menu is ample and all other lunch portions are generous and delicious.Service was fast and friendly with attention to detail during a crowded lunch hour.We will return.

Why is this place so low on the Trip Advisor list?????? It's a great scene in Delaware. It's just south of downtown..... maybe a little bit out of the way!!! Great margaritas and I had a shrimp cocktail, but it was more like a ceviche!!!!! It was SOOOOOO good!!!!! My server, Bree, was super exceptional!!! She gave me such good insight on what were the best drinks and foods!!! She was a super hostess and a great ambassador for this place!!!! It definitely should be ranked higher on the TA list!!!!! I will be back!!!!..... also the bar area, where I ate, was pretty cool!!!!!!!!

Here's a nice Mexican restaurant that's tucked in out of the way uptown. Typically we go there for birthdays and always come away full and happy.The place is well kept, very clean, cheery and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on their menu items.

The typically bad service experience in Delaware restaurants in general really hurt Chipotle when it came to lines out the door and inexplicable delays even on off hours. They seem to have gotten their act together, possibly with different crew management. The food is always reliably good, but the service experience has gotten from worse than average to become better than average for Delaware. Friendly but quick, something that would go a long way at other local restaurants.
