We popped in tonight for food.Very quiet around 6:30 but expect it gets busier later. We ordered the Shari g mezzo which is £18 pp.Food was great and out to us in good time.Waiter was good and checked on us and asked our opinions at the end. Will definitely go back and try something different as from the reviews all the food is brilliant.Tbanks Thank you, Dan. We look forward in seeing you again.

6 of us visited the Cinnamon Stick on Friday 23rd August to celebrate my birthday. I chose this restaurant as it was in the next door village and the menu looked very suitable for my partner who has a number of food intolerances and eating out for him can be a nightmare. I spoke to the restaurant before we went so they were aware on the problems. When we arrived they could not have been more helpful. It turned out that there was very little on the menu he could not have which was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious we had a selection of Mezze and main courses to share and we had room for dessert, again unusual and delicious.. As they did not have any gluten free beer they allowed my partner to bring hos own without corkage, very accommodating. I must have let on it was my birthday as a Happy Birthday banner had been put up on the wall by our table. The staff were very friendly. knowledgeable and helpful. There is also a wonderful marquee outside done up like an Arab tent with sofas and low table which is nice to sit out in. The restaurant was quite busy so I would recommend booking. A lovely evening. I sat in my little mobility scooter near the front door. Sadly they donât have a toilet, though they offered to help to use Cafe Rougeâs loo.I enjoyed escargot followed by duck with cherry sauce. White burgundy to drink followed by Cote de Rhôneâs. A pleasure to be there.

We dined on 2 consecutive nights, and on each occasion were treated to super flavour combinations - subtle, exotic, warm, deep in equal measure. The menus is extensive and the set meal combinations served us well on both nights; had we been able to visit again, we aould have ventured further into the a la carte, which offerred further tantalising treats. Our host was charming, helpful and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. It was a real pleasure to dine here, and we really hope to return soon. I would highly recommend a visit and suggest a booking to avoid disappointment.

Having booked the Giggling Squid across the road at my daughters request to celebrate her graduation we left due to being sat in a basement with a party of around 12 extremely intoxicated diners who could only communicate by shouting at each other. Requests for an alternative table denied we decided to leave and found Mamma Mia across the road. What a great move!! We were welcomed and offered a choice of tables. There were adequate staff to meet the demands of the diners and the food was excellent. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend Mamma Mia to anyone looking for great food at a reasonable price, with fantastic friendly service. Dear FamilyB123. Thank you for your lovely feedback.
