....alongside the Acheron River, a few metres before it flows into the sea at the south end of Ammoudia.The staff were friendly and pleasant and although we were only in for drinks, most other customers were eating and evidently enjoying the experience. Certainly the food we saw delivered to tables around looked good, and generous.

We live 5 minutes away and have eaten here a few times. The menu is Greek, pizza and pasta so has plenty to offer. Last night we went and ordered a pizza and pasta with fresh chips. The food arrived although the chips were frozen crinkle cut which if we had been informed we would not have ordered. The food was lovely but we waited 30 minutes with empty plates and an empty jug of wine whilst the young âwaiterâ played on his phone constantly. Iâm guessing he is family and has to work rather than wants to work as he clearly is not interested in waiting on tables. We could bring regular income to this taverna on a weekly basis and bring friends but after last night we will not be returning. Once the food is served thatâs it! No asking if you would like any sauce, no polite âis everything okay with your mealâ, no offer of anything else to drink, coffee, dessert menu maybe? After 30 minutes of waiting we had had enough and tried to grab someoneâs attention to ask for our bill. There were 3 staff and only 2 other tables so it was not busy. Another member of staff then returned on his moped from a delivery and set straight to work in the open kitchen chopping food and making pizza. He didnât wash his hands and neither did the young oaf playing on his phone. Everyone knows phones are dirtier than a toilet seat, they do not belong in a restaurant. Leave them in your locker and look after the customers who pay for you to have a phone. Needless to say, I was ill all night with an upset stomach and will never eat here again.Dear Customer, I would like to respond to your malicious critique, starting with the health issues that lie you say we have. Preparing the food is done only by the staff working in the kitchen and all hygiene rules are applied indefinitely. This can be seen by everyone as the kitchen is in a common view.As far as the customer service is concerned, our staff is not a fortune teller to predict your drink and food needs, you could simply tell them what you want and they will be willing to serve you.I hope that the pain in your stomach is over, but I am sure that it did not come out of eating our food because on this day we served over 120 people without any complaints from them for pain in the stomach. I will be sorry not to see you again in our restaurant but I think we will survive without your presence as we are doing here for 16 years since the restaurant was established.We wish you the best.

Staying in Vrachos a choice of restaurants to visit we selected Velissarios as it looked pretty and we were glad we ate there as the local Greek food was delicious. Pericles, the owner, was very friendly and we enjoyed a variety of dishes from Gigantes to roast lamb. The local wine was very nice too.

The convenient thing about Seragino is that it is just across the street from the beach so many people eat there. It is often crowded which means that people prefer it for the prices and the expected quality if giro and hamburgers/sandwiches. It is very clean as well. A quick and good solution for hunger.

I spent a full week in Vrachos and I ate several times in Vanilla Restaurant. It was a pleasant experience. The stuff is very kind, friendly and professional. The food is good and, what I liked best, you can admire the blue sea and the golden sand while having your dish prepared and you sip your wine. If you are in Vrachos it worth having your lunch or dinner at Vanilla Restaurant.Enjoy your meal!

The Skaloma restaurant overlooks the picturesque small fishing harbour of Lygia. There was a very pretty sunset as we sat down at our table for four. We have eaten here before and were very impressed. This time we were equally impressed with the friendly and impeccable service and the delicious food. For an entree we shared a plate of fried aubergines and a tomato salad with fresh bread and olive oil /vinegar. Delicious! For mains we had Mussels with Rice, fried Gavros, a Crab Salad and a grilled fresh bream. All very tasty and the serving sizes were extremely generous and the prices very reasonable. We really enjoyed the local white and red wine accompanying our meal. All in all we had a great evening and definitely will be returning when next in Lygia, Preveza. Many thanks to the hard working staff!

Friendly people, the taste of the food is flirting with haute cuisine whithout becoming to sofisticated, just how it should be... Clean and beautifull decor with perfect view on the sea... We really enjoyed our diner and will be without any doubt coming back...Really recommended...
