Tengo que decir que yo soy muy "tiquismiquis" con la comida y el sitio donde como.... Hemos entrado sin ningún tipo de recomendación,sin conocer y nos hemos llevado una agradable sorpresa. El trato muy bueno y la verdad que muy profesional y el servicio muy rápido, a pesar de tenerlo todo reservado nos han ofrecido un agradable sitio en la barra con una atención muy buena. El restaurante es muy bonito y el café es excelente. No tienen carta, solo ofrecen unos platos pero son caseros y exquisitos. La tarta de chocolate muy buena, me comà dos. Enhorabuena, todo muy bien y rico.

Nos desplazamos desde Cazorla para comer en este restaurante y la verdad es que no nos defraudó.Calidad en sus productos, bien cocinados, cantidad adecuada, buena atención y amabilidad por parte de sus camareras y sobre todo muy buenos precios.Probamos gachas picantes, ajoatado, paté de perdiz, migas y chuletas de cordero a la brasa.Lo recomiendo.

It's true the only thing you can order are set menus (25/35 euros) which unfortunately are not worth their price. To our dismay, half of the dishes we wanted were not available so we felt forced to order something else. All in all - the food is not bad, it's a good kitchen, but rather a home style than posh restaurant that the owner would like this place to become. Altogether two menus would be worth 25 euros for my taste. The naive presentation of the dishes, grandiose film music festival in your ears (?!) and waiter walking around you (I loved someone's "vulture" comparison - it's very true)Rated it average, cause I believe it might be the best in the area anyway - but truth to be told, it's way too expensive (more so than in Seville, Granada, Cadiz etc.)

Purely by chance, this little place appeared at the same time as tummy rumbles, so we stopped for lunch. What luck! Excellent tomatoes from their allotment, amazing filo pastries filled with pig's trotters, delicious food overall, good service, and a bottle of rose liqueur to take home... good luck chaps, hope you do well, and if we're ever driving past again, we'll certainly stop for a bite!

What a wonderful discovery while visiting Jaén! The solar powered boat that takes you around the lake (or reservoir) offers great views in a very relaxing environment. I met a large group of bird watching lovers that were fascinated by the experience. Later in the day, I enjoyed the most exquisite lunch at the El Tranco Restaurant, while the food was very typical of this region, it had a very modern twist to it. Very tasty. Loved the Salmorejo, Carpaccio de gamo and the Grilled Watermelon, a must have! Very friendly service. If you are ever in the area, don't miss this place.

No es la.primera vez que venimo y siempre salimos encantados!! Hace poco fuimos en familia a tapear y beber y salimos encantado con todo! Con la comida y el servicio fenomenal. Encima el lugar es bastante acogedor. Tambien alguna vez hemos ido a encargar pizzas y muy ricas!!

What a view! Restaurante las Celadillas was thankfully open on Monday when we needed lunch (at least two other places in Hornos was closed). The restaurant is next to the Municipal Pool which overlooks the El Tranco reservoir. Parking is right outside the door and as soon as you walk in it has a nice feel - with seating inside or out on the beautiful terrace with lots of (welcome) shade. The toilets are also clean and spacious, clearly catering for any potential disabled customers.From start to finish we had great service from a lovely young man - friendly, helpful & efficient. We were served two lots of lovely tapa with our two rounds of drink, followed by a nice salad lunch, and as a really nice surprise non-alcoholic chupitos to finish. A fantastic choice!
