Hemos estado comiendo toda la familia y amigos y no puedo estar más satisfecha, el trato ha sido inmejorable, rápidos atentos, he de destacar la tabla de Ibéricos, la ensalada de salmón , la gamba blanca y el solomillo blando, jugoso y buenÃsimo y ya para rematar los postres que estaban exquisitos... Otra cosa muy buena es que en este restaurante tienen diversión para los peques y ellos se lo pasan genial y los papis están tranquilos. Volveremos seguro y mi enhorabuena a este restaurante

We were driving from Cuenca to Granada, and randomly stopped in the town of Mota del Cuervo for lunch, since we were very hungry. El Chuletero was the first restaurant we saw, so we came in for lunch, and are glad we did. It was full of locals so that is a first great sign. Everything we ate was great, I especially loved my "habas verdes con jamón" wich was delicious. Great service, good food, great pricez. If you are ever around the area, don't be afraid to stop at El Chuletero.

Este restaurante está dentro del pueblo de Quintabar de la orden. Tiene el bar en la primera estancia y al fondo el restaurante. Las carnes y los pescados frescos todo del dÃa. Calidad de primera y cocinados de forma sencilla pero todo en su punto. Cocinado todo con aceite de excelente calidad porque se nota en el sabor del producto. Las verduras también muy bien cocinadas y muy sabrosas.

I ate here in May as part of a communion. I came over from Ireland with my wife who is from Madrid and what an experience it was. The food was absolutely incredible, the service was just as excellent and the warm friendly welcome we got from the couple who run the restaurant was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. They also have Guinness which was a real surprise and very tasty. Ian

Merece la pena hacer un alto en el camino y conocerlos. Local nuevo, muy bien decorado. La comida fantástica!! Las alcachofas confitadas con crema de jamón , delicioso el salmón con salsa teriyaki, el pez mantequilla el tataki de angus con salsa chimichurri. Y para finalizar la torrija con helado . Todo acompañado de un trato espectacular!!! Sin duda merece la pena conocerles.

It sometimes happens that you find really good places where you didn't expect. This is one of those, and if they continue this way they will achieve the michelin star very soon, because they offer special dishes that combine perfectly tradition and innovation creating really special flavours. They also change a lot the menu so every time will be different.And then there is Adán. He is the soul of the place, and will make you enjoy the experience with his knowledge and passion for food and wines. Just let him delight you with one of his fantastic marriages, and it will be an unforgettable experience.The price/quality ratio is really good, and all I can say is that every time has been better than the previous one. I trully recommend this place.

Probably one of the best restaurant in the area.Even though, it looks like a typical Spanish bar and nothing fancy, you will get surprise once you taste the food. Great presentation by the chef introducing the menu, we had the weekend menu and it was delicious,ventresca tuna salad, octopus, chicken teriyaki as starters and then a varied of main courses, duck confit, cod,sea bass, piglet and ox meat done over stone.It was delicious.Def we will come back.

This is a typical manchego restaurant.Food is lovely and very well presented,great value for money too but we found service a bit poor,quite slow.There were only two people serving inside and the terrace in a busy evening.
