It was a Thursday night and we arrived at around 22h00. The place was packed with an amazing vibe. Despite being full service was good and we ordered drinks by the bottle and it arrived with sparklers. Quite an impression. The Shawarmas ranked with some of the best I have had. A most enjoyable evening.

This restaurant is a very delightful restaurant. It is situated in the Little Theatre complex in Oysterbay in Dar es Salaam. From Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, you turn right onto Haile Selassie Road and then first left after 100 metres, just past the church. You need to enter the Little Theatre compound to get to the restaurant. The restaurant is on the first level floor and overlooks the courtyard. It has a nice red decor which creates a lovely ambience. Jacqueline Curry was our host on the evening of our visit.I was there for a business dinner with a work colleague. We went on a Saturday evening and were fortunate to get a table. We did not order any starters. For the main course, I ordered fettucini with cherry tomatoes while my colleague ordered the trio of meats and salad. The pasta is freshly made on the premises. The quantity of food was just right. You could taste the freshness of the food - and it was delicious. The waiting staff were polite and efficient. Jacqueline went to all the tables to have a quick chat with the diners. The bill came to Tsh 75,000 and this included a small bottle of still water and two bottles of local beer (May 2016).I think this restaurant is a delightful little gem of a restaurant and would recommend it for the ambience and the good food.

Simple basic interior, but the service was good and the food very tasty at a decent price. We had the red snapper and some of the giant falafels - enjoyed both. The location is not brilliant, at a small roundabout opposite a fuel station, but it is quiet.

We love Bella Napoli. The location is great, you can sit inside or in the garden. Good for kids as there's a little play area. Service is usually great downside - insisting on cash or charging a percentage on credit card transactions.

I’ve been going to Two O’Six since they first opened, but they never felt ‘settled’. Finally, the last three times I’ve been there, I feel they’ve now found their voice, their vibe, and their palate; that’s incredibly exciting because it means they’ve now achieved the ability to offer consistently good dining. They have always identified as a wine bar, and now have food and flavors that complement their wine selection. In Dar, you can’t beat the wines they have on offer by the glass, carafe, or bottle. Plus they have craft beer, and a well stocked bar - meaning everyone is happy. Whether a quiet meal for two (as was our case tonight), or a large group dinner (as we’ve had in the past), speak with the manager and his team and they’ll be able to suggest what works best, and what is on offer. I also love it when a team remembers my name and uses it with ease - it’s a sign that they know and love their industry and job.I think I’ve found my go-to spot for a satisfying meal and/or perfect glass (or two or three) of wine. There’s a lot of deliciousness on offer, and portions of food are healthy enough to leave plenty to take home, in order to relive the experience the day after.Well done for upping your game, and for offering Dar’s residents a serving of delicious options for dining out. It is on nights like these that you stand out as a firm first choice for dining out, knowing that you offer fantastic wine, food and experiences.Dear Kachez, First of, thank you so much for taking time off to write us such an amazing review- probably the most detailed review we've had so far. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful for your time. We have had our fair share of ups and downs since we've opened, and we are thankful for your loyalty through these times. We are even more happy to read that you have noticed the difference recently, both in our service and on our plates. The wines have been around for some time, but our real struggle has been to maintain a consistency on the plates.I am afraid however that you will have to ask for me the next time you come by because i cannot put a face to the name shown on your profile! However, your review truly means a lot to both myself and my team.We look forward to hosting you again in the very near future, and please, do not hesitate to ask either for me or my father. Kind Regards,S.

Wonderful food, atmosphere, and service, and fair prices to match. You can sit inside or outside, and there's even a little playground for kids. The food was fresh and filling; no complaints whatsoever. (The spinach raviolis were fantastic, and the calzones were behemoth). Would go again and would recommend if you're in the mood for good Italian food in a chill setting.

I was so impressed with this restaurant. Very friendly staff and excellent food. If I come back I will bring my family here. The children’s area looked fun, but there was plenty of seating choices inside and out. I had a seafood starter and a classic chicken in white wine sauce. Each course was exquisite. My photo does not do the meal justice.
