The food, service and ambiance are more than deserving of their Michelin Star! Itâs a culinary delight from start to finish- served by a good humored and experienced staff. Not cheap by any means - but you get what you pay for. On our top five list in the Algarve!

We have been visiting this family run establishment since i was a little girl. The food is typical portugese, well priced and tastes amazing. The Pork cataplana is the best i have ever tasted. The kids played out the back with the owners grandson.

A family restaurant that for more than 30 years is concerned with the excellence of its meats and fish freshness. Enjoy a drink in our bars and enjoy a memorable experience. Only dinner and closed every Sunday.
The food was very good especially my starter of Grilled King Prawn - unfortunately the mushroom starter lacked imagination and was a bit dry. The Chateaubriand was excellent could have been exquisite with some different veg -peas werenât good.Unfortunately smoking is permitted at the outside bar and at the dining tables - some people happily light a cigarette while other diners are eating without any though or consideration for others - would benefit from a designated smoking area well away from diners or a no smoking policy

This was our first visit and we were impressd from the firendly welcome onwards. There is clearly a lot of comoetition but the food stood out for quality of ingredients and cooking. The menu has a good range of options and despite our choosing 2 very different cuisines both were very well executed You can only compare this to mid top end restaurants and as such prices are reasonable

The food was extremely good but what made the evening was the ambience but fantastic service from all team. They had really got it right and set a marker that other restaurants so far haven't met. Highly recommend and if we cant get back this visit on the top of list for next visit. Thankyou for great evening.

Family-run restaurant serving Portuguese Cuisine with a twist. Fresh fish every single day, amazing steaks and various homemade desserts. Come enjoy our new magnificent terrace during midsummer, or stay warm near the fireplace during winter evenings. Very
We have eaten here previously. On this visit we were very disappointed with the food offering. My fish was tasteless and looked like it came plastic wrapped from a supermarket. Others had a variety of dishes and blandness was the general verdict. Better value elsewhere in my opinion.

Barbacoa Steak House Português is a new space in Almancil where the barbecued meat and the kid in the oven are specialties served in a rustic relaxed atmosphere. The garden terrace completes a memorable experience on these pleasant warm summer evenings. I
Booked a table last minute for 3adults and 2children. Excellent food, very friendly service and very child friendly. One of the best meals we've had in the area and the waiter even brought a second spag bol at no charge for one of the children as he'd enjoyed his meal so much. We got free ports at the end and the kids got free cokes in the port glasses which they really appreciated. sorry we didn't find this restaurant sooner in our holiday and will be back when we return to Almancil

A stunning industrial style design with a lovely terrace, attached to a lifestyle and design shop, provides a great relaxed atmosphere for all dining occasions. Famed for having the best thin crust pizzas in the Algarve, we are proud to offer delicious it
Booked this restaurant as we had it recommended and tried it in March.Today we attended and had to stand in reception. Whilst stood in this area I was covered in red wine when a bottle was dropped by a customer( who shouldnât have been lifting down the bottle). The initial reaction from the receptionist seemed to be my fault for standing there.I had red wine on my top, my white jeans and my tan shoes. We were shown to our table where I was offered a dry tissue 10 minutes after the accident at our demand.Anyway that was a bad start. The food arrived less than five minutes after ordering. The course I chose came as a weird combination an escalope with spaghetti in tomato sauce and green leaf salad. The escalopes were hot the pasta was clap cold. My wife had spaghetti with aubergine etc and this was cold too. We werenât offered Parmesan etc.As we were now in poor mood we decided to leave, yes we didnât pay for the meal. But the meal didnât deserve it! Wonât return.Dear Mr PShaq, as per the email we sent you after this incident, we reiterate our apologies. As we explained, the recepcionist was flustered by the situation and trying to help out in what was an unexpected accident (a client at the reception accidently dropped a bottle of wine and the head waiter and himself were covered in wine). We are very sorry this accident spoiled your night, the manager tried his best to fix this situation by offering your meal and we also offered to pay for the dry cleaners or pay for the damaged items. It was an unfortunate situation that we tried to correct to the best of our capabilities.
