After shopping yesterday at The Multiplaza,my husband and were really hungry.Wanted a nice sit down, not food court.Decided to try Tintos y Blancos again, and were very happy we did.I just had tapas, calamari and spicy potatoes. Both were good, not excellent. My husband ordered a seafood casserole, loaded with shrimp, mussels, clams and mushrooms,in a tomato based broth. It was so good.We had Chilean wine by the glass, very good prices on the wine.ALso like that they put a little card on the wine glass,so you can remember what it was when you go shopping for wine.(in my case that helps, everytime I order a different wine,I forget what it was when I go to the store to buy it)Service was o.k.,it was pretty busy last night. Will go back, and try some more tapas

I had the dolce leche pancakes. With a Pilsen. I know not the best choice but Uhhhhh!! Sooooo sooo so good. I wanted more but my girlfriend said no! Our server was a lot of fun, knew the menu inside and out, nhad some great suggestions and they nailed the sandwich my girlfriend wouldn't share with me. Chicken, avocado and goats cheese? No idea but it smelled and looked almost as amazing as my pancakes at 1 pm...with an ice cold beer. I'm an adult, I'll order what I want. Very nice little place for a relaxed bite to eat in the sun on the patio or in the comfy restaurant.

Conveniently located across the street from Plaza Real (Starbucks Plaza). This place is a hidden gem. Spotless & cool atmosphere, free wifi, comfortable seating and excellent service (available in English or Spanish). If we lived closer, this would easily be our favorite restaurant in CR. The salads are HUGE and fresh, perfect for sharing and the falafel is out of this world. The Pita's are perfect for a filling but lighter lunch/dinner and the hummus is insanely flavorful and creamy, not dry! It's located about 15 minutes from SJO airport, so stop by when you fly in, worth the trip. 5 stars all the way!
