As any fact consists on multiple aspects, and when you have to grant just single rating, can't dismantle the parts, same is with a restaurant. To start positive, because many of the readers are interested in food quality, Zaitoone has a good location, nice terrace (bit problematic when windows closed for non-smokers, because clients use narghilea), tasteful food and professional service, making soft advices to options. Unpleasant for me was the approach when we booked for a company social dinner (18 pax). They upfront sent us offer with fixed menu, and were less flexible to allow us few mixtures. e.g.: we proposed them to pre-book only 3 types of main courses for all of us, the only permission was to replace some of the mixed grill with sea food. Second, despite you may think a proposed "package" menu is more efficient for restaurant in preparation, and could mean a lower price than ordering separate dishes, counting from the menu each dish, the total payment was higher. Last, and for me surprising: in the offer was posted 10% service fee (aggressive in my opinion, as it is my decision how much to give), at the end it was 15% on the bill, which needed additional resources to clarify it

Hands down THE best hummus I've ever eaten. Both the lamb hummus and the chicken hummus leave you thoroughly stuffed yet longing for more.Fantastic!
