After being warmly greeted each day by Rossy Santana, the hostess at Siete, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet that not only offered traditional American and Mexican breakfast foods, but Asian foods, (even sashimi), plenty of smoked fish etc. There is a mimosa bar and a Bloody Mary Bar where you can either make your own drinks or ask someone to prepare one for you. The service by Mauricio (My Spanish teacher and a person who has stolen my heart ever since I met him 5 years ago- Mauricio, Mama Fresa says hi) is always wonderful and personalized. On his day off, David took good care of us as well. As always, Marco- Mr. Green, the famous smoothie maker there, brightened up each morning. We also enjoyed eating upscale delicious and authentic Mexican food at Siete for dinner. We asked the waiter, Santos, to help us make a selection explaining how we wanted to eat authentic Mexican food, the kind that people eat every day, not the type reserved for a special occasion. All of a sudden, Chef Francisco appeared and created a meal for us that I will never forget.

We had an amazing breakfast at Mextreme, would definitely recommend the molletes with bacon and the no stress juice! Our server Jimmy was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, and a good laugh too. All of the staff were really polite and chatty. Great location with great music and great food. Also the margaritas are amazing!! Thank you Jimmy!

An absolute must visit while in Cancún, definitely request to sit outside the view is spectscular. Our server Rogelio and his partner Miguel made the experience even better with their knowledge and exceptional service. I recommend trying tequila tastings there are so many to choose from ! We had another great meal here at Sisal! The queso fundido is not to be missed along with their table side guacamole. Our server, Gabriella, was wonderful! She was so attentive and always there to ask if we need anything or fill up our water glasses. We never had to wait for her attention. Be sure to get the table side Mexican Coffee! It is the BEST in Cancun. I am not a coffee drinker but this is the ONLY one I will drink, and only from Sisal. It's like dessert! Gabriella did a wonderful show for us preparing and serving to us. Be sure to ask for her if you can when you stop by!You will not be disappointed!

They do an a la carte breakfast. It is not your typical (English/American) style Mexican. It is authentic. Lovely if you like that kind of thing. Nice to have breakfast served to you for a change.

They have changed their food menu, there is almost no seafood.The escalator in the front was not working.There was no beer left.There was no food items left.The restaurant looks bankrupt. The inside is big but mostly empty. The owner has not turned up for 3 days people said... sad ..

I've never experienced help from general managers in a food place . But, Edwin, the general manager and Captain Paulina, welcomed us since it was our 1st visit!! Cindy was very helpful, she took her time to explain the large variety of foods and dessert. Food was so great!!! I recommend Flamingos restaurant to everybody!!

Went to this place as recommended by TripAdvisor. The place is very small and you would not expect all the deliciousness coming from a very small kitchen. Susy and her friend cooked awesome quesadillas, burritos, nachos and chilaquiles for us. It was like being at her house. She was so attentive and even gave us some spaghetti to try. Too bad we discovered this place on our way to the airport. Next time Iâm in Cancun I will return to this gem. We visited this place after the lady from our B&B place recommended it. It was our first meal in Mexico and so delicious that we ordered a second helping. The meats used were very good, the waitress serving us very helpful with recommendations and last but not least the prices are very fair. Lovely meal with a fantastic view of the beach. Staff were also excellent and Esteban and Tomas in particular couldn't do enough for us - we never had an empty glass. Will definitely be back.
