Everything about our experience at Minas was outstanding: service was excellent, salad bar was fresh and well stocked, and the meat was delicious and timely. There was also exceptional live music that added to the experience (and we could still hear each other!!). Thanks everyone at Minas for helping us celebrate our 25th anniversary. :)

This restaurant is located adjacent to The Springhill Suites by Marriott Edmonton AB. Recommended by our hotel. It was not a disappointment. Recommend reservations. Quite crowded even on a weekday. Parking is a problem no street parking . Menus was vast for Mexican cuisine. The special the night we ate was Chicken, pork, or beef quesadillas. Delicious. Our waitress was fabulous Yasmin. Service was excellent even though the place was packed. Highly recommend

I don't know if more flavour or texture can be brought up from the meats they prepare and serve. Cooking for decades I still consider Minas Steakhouse the best option if family wants roasted on fire meat. Waitress/Chefs are pro and meat lovers themselves. Every member of staff is calm and happy. True quality experience.Most of the time we have Rodizio menu (bring the meats on, baby) and great hot and cold tables sides (mostly gluten free, but ask). Rodizio at dinner is a little pricey.
