I absolutely love this place, what AMAZING VEGAN FOOD. The Vegan Sushi and Gnochetti ai Tre Colori, were both delightful, tasting fresh and fantastic. Make sure you donât miss the desserts because they are absolutely insane! I canât wait for my next visit. I'll certainly have dinner in the romantic cocoon garden with candles...

service in Italy is usually fairly good and food, if you know the places, ok too. Mama sushi was recommended to us by a friend who knew of their poor service but convinced us their great food was well worth the trip from Livorno. The only plate of food we tasted after more than 1 hour waiting it was indeed all right. I ordered a second bottle of wine to make our waiting a bit more pleasant (1hour 20 min and we were only given a gyoza dish ) and saw how the waiter went on to empty a dishwasher behind the bar immediately afterwards. ( then we never saw the bottle ) When I stopped the head waiter to ask what was going on she asked us if there was any thing else we wanted to order " well ! we haven't had anything of what we ordered in the first place ! " ah, oh, ah oh, SHE DID NOT HAVE A CLUE... 6 tables, three waiters and you don't know what are your guests are having at any given time ( look for another job ! )I requested the bill and got stared down by her. I requested it again by saying or you give it to me in less than 5 min or i AM GOING TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING. She came a min later with the bill, I payed, I left. Absolute garbage.

We stopped by Kooka for lunch and expected to be more of a restaurant where it had a take out feel. The fish was fresh and they had a range of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Its probably very good for sushi if you are comparing to sushi options in Italy. If you are looking worldwide the sushi was just ok ad not amazing. The atmosphere is definitely more set up as a take out place than dine in.
