If you ask any local in Nashville where the best hibachi is, this will be the answer. The staff is friendly, the cooks are a hoot, and the food is just tastier than every competitor. Goodlettsville may not seem the expected keeper of such fine Asian cuisine, but feel free to spend more money at somewhere less tasty and fun if you like. It is your dime. They actually have good sushi too. I am very very very picky about Sushi and hibachi so you know.

Fresh seafood . . . the best Sushi and Sashimi in the Nashville area. Reasonable prices. Friendly attentive service. No downtown traffic hassle. What could be better. You may even see some big names eating here. Extensive menu, custom made rolls and authentic dishes that may not be on the menu are only a part of what keeps us coming back . Always great food and the owner is there most of the time.(hands on attention)

Passing thru, found Mt Fuji Steakhouse / Sushi on GPS. Outside looks a little run down, and inside is a little better. However, the service and sushi was better than I hoped. Their lunch menu has a good variety. Several combination selections from the sushi bar. I had Sushi C, which was 5 nigiri, a crunch roll and 4 pieces california. Salad and miso soup came with it. (of course, get the ginger dressing). It was a good value. If the timing is right on my next trip through, i WILL stop again.

First time there, picked up some sushi and miso to take back to work. My guess is that this place will be great for dine-in and I will definitely be back. Exceptional value on the specialty sushi rolls. Miso above average.

There is a good chance that you have experienced Japanese food in your lifetime but have you ever tried Korean food? I first got introduced to it by my fellow soldiers who were stationed there. Korean food is hard to find in the Nashville area. My wife and I dined here based upon the recommendation of a Korean friend. He knows that I am a fan of bulgogi, kimchi, and yakimondu and this place did not disappoint. My wife enjoyed the Katsu Don while I indulged in the Bulgogi (that comes with a side of kimchi) and I could not stop myself from eating all of it. The miso soup was creamy and the salad with the ginger sauce was good. It could have used something a bit more than just lettuce but the ginger sauce was fresh and very tasty. We couldn't pass up dessert and shared the tempura ice cream. A dish that my wife had never had before. The service was EXCELLENT! We will be going back. OFTEN!!!
