Itâs hard to find good European restaurants in Taiwan but this one was a surprise! I was very happy to find this gem in Taipei, with a good decoration, good and friendly service and really unexpected good food, the prices are for all kind of public! We went to this small cosy restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. The service is efficient and relaxed. We both ate one of the risottos and both food and wine were very nice. A bit on the pricey side though, considering the price - quality ratio of food that can be found in Taipei.

As an English speaker, I chose one of the set meals. When the last course came, we were stuffed. The waiter gave us the option of taking a bottle of wine home. Attention to detail and outstanding service make this a unique visit to Taipei. And check out the gold floors! They paint them yearly to keep them sparkly. Iâve added pictures as to what was included with our dinner.

Only been to the Italian restaurant Gustoso at 2nd floor twice but both my hubby and I love the place and food.
