A lovely tucked away local pizza restaurant with a beautiful coffee machine, tasty local ingredients make it very worth while. Olives are a must try if you are a fan.

Wide range of Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with unique local ingredients. With a little SE Asian spices. Amazing Seafood Grill set and home made bread and Pizza are awesome. Dessert selection is another pleasant discovery.What impressed us was the selection of house wines and Japanese SAKE. There are English and French speaking staff accompanying our great dining experience.The best restaurant in Niseko!!

The restaurant features Italian cuisine and is located on the tenth floor of the One Niseko Tower resort.Of course the setting is beautiful even if you donât have a view of the iconic Yotei-san from Tura. (The cigar bar does, however!) But when you take away the view, what remains is the food and the service. In my view, the service is excellent and the food is very good. I turned up without a reservation, and after a few minutes of scrambling they got me a table. (Seems a good idea to reserve!) There are tables right next to the window, tables one away, and then further back, so if you want the nice viewâ¦reserve early and ask for it.There were two âcourseâ meals for 4500 and 6000 yen, both of which sounded great. But since I was eating alone I did not really want to spend a lot of time sitting at the table with no one to talk to so I ordered a Caeser salad and a Pizza Quattro Formaggi. I would rate them both good. The salads were a bit flaccid, otherwise the taste was very good. The croutons were large and hard to cut to size, so I did not care for them. The dressing was fine and there were a couple of slices of prosciutto which were outstanding. The pizzaâs tomato sauce was good but lacked that tang / zest that you get from a really good sauce, and the dough was not doughy enough / too crispy for my taste. The cheeses however were outstanding.The service was super â attentive, caring, and really hustling with a bunch of tables who all arrived within 20 minutes of each other. With all of that, I got my wish, which was a quick dinner in less than sixty minutes despite the crunch of many tables to serve for both the kitchen and the waiters. And I should add that I did not tell them that I was in a hurry / wanted to eat quickly. They just knew it. Nice.Tura is a good choice and I would certainly consider the course meals.

Who would have thought we would find one of the best pizzas in niseko! The pizza dough was fantastic and they have unique flavours lije the dragon. Also love the pesto one. Must try!

We had just arrived after our long flight from Europe and needed to find somewhere quick to eat and close to where we were staying. We arrived at opening time 6.30pm ish and so place was empty. Menu looked interesting but portions were small and the squid very chewy.
