We have found this amazing place on Tripadvisor This has been our best lunch in the areaVery simple food in the spirit of the region (no fancy toscana style)I found want to taste the spirit of "Marche", you have to try the "dégustation" menuThe red wine from "galiardi" was a great choice (from cartoceto)

Really big restaurant with at least + 100 seats on the terras. Quality of the food is unfortunately not as high as the possible customers...We had the cold antipasta of fish and the ones that ate this were sick the same evening...The pasta portions are extremely big and therefore not tastefull. For us a no go. There are better places in Mondavio on 5 km distance...

Our waitress was very knowledgeable on the local produce used in the dishes we requested and offered some great recommendations. The food itself was sublime! A mixture of light and hearty pasta courses with free flowing wine! A cosy fireplace in the main room supported by very efficient bar staff! I'd like to come back and visit during the Summer to see the terrace in all it's glory.

From a distance this place looks a bit like a snackbar. The food however is just great. We had different pastas, a salad and mixed grill and everything was just lovely. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Not really a special place, but good food and true value for money.

The place is nestled between the gorgeous hills of Mondavio, it's a very old and traditional family run restaurant or rather trattoria as we say in Italy. The entrance can be misleading, from the outside it looks like a bar but on the back a large room and a small alfresco corner will grant you a table even in peak season. The owner and his wife are lovely, we went there on several occasions and were always happy. They select their ingredients with extreme care (which is so rare in the area), the best olive oil and ham/salumi, cheeses and depending on the season truffles, mushrooms, fresh vegetables from local producers. They make delicious first traditional dishes, passatelli, tagliatelle, have a good wine list and, last but not least, very low prices for the quality they offer (the set menus at 25/35 euro). We love it!

Me and my large family have had dinner here several times.Very nice, cosy location!Restaurant has a wood fired pizza oven, so pizza is very good.Food quality very good, service a bit slow but cheerful!I enjoyed the tagliata with porcini, the grilled vegetables platter and pizza in general.
