and each time we asked we were told it would be with us in 5 minutes - it wasn't. I would rather have been told that we had a wait when we ordered but we weren't and then for each waiter to say it would be 5 minutes was very frustrating.I had recommended it for my sister-in-laws birthday so felt terrible when it was not a good experience.My burger had clearly been sat waiting for everyone else's meal to cook as it was cold and as dry as sticks. I didn't want anything else as I would probably still be waiting for it now. This was a Wednesday night and although they were busy there was no excuse for the one and a half hours we waited for our main courses.No one waiter seems to look after any one table - it is all very hap hazard which does not make for a good dining experience even when you don't have to wait for your food for an unacceptable amount of time.They did take my burger off the bill but even that was not done very well.I had been in the few weeks before with just 2 of us and food was better but the service was exactly the same.

Visited on an evening for tea. Had a 241 deal on both mains and cocktails which made it great value for money.Decided to have garlic bread for starters however the base was slightly doughy and could have done with been baked longer, I prefer a crisper base, but could be personnel choice. My wife had prawn rissoto whilst I had steak (slightly overcooked, I had asked for medium). Good Value for money though.

My daughter and I were visiting Middlesbrough for the first time and found this fabulous restaurant: it had a young lad singing who was really quite good. The food was amazing and the service brilliant: it wasnât rammed but there were plenty of other guests enjoying themselves.It was a lovely atmosphere and I would highly recommend the place. Quite a find I think.

We had great service with fantastic food. Very reasonably priced (they have happy hour on the menu for more than an hour). Who knew we would find a gem like this in Middlesbrough. Some popular Newcastle restaurants ought to look at their food and service and the prices they charge. We will definitely try other branches.

Second visit to this restaurant and it didnât disappoint. Food was tasty as was the house wine. Desserts to die for. £90 including tip for 5 of us having 3 courses each with a bottle of house wine and other drinks. Excellent service. Will definitively visit again.

Called in for lunch on Saturday, went for 2 courses which works out at pretty good value, for starter I had the fried mozzarella, which was very tasty. For main I had the alfredo, and can highly recommend it. Everything we had was very good quality and we'll definitely be back at some point.Hi,Thank you for your great review.Happy to hear that your lunchtime visit hit the spot. The family visit here often and always have great meals. The atmosphere and service is continuously good. Iâve recently been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and discovered the gluten free menu yesterday- itâs a large menu which is taken from the normal menu with gluten free changes! Love love love Felliniâs. Such a gorgeous dinning experience here, the decor is lovely and makes you instantly feel relaxed the service is always fast and excelllent. We visited for a family meal. Unfortunately there were no pizzas available as the fridge had broken and the dough was spoiled. However the manager was very apologetic and gave everyone a free meat platter and fries. Staff were very helpful and made the most out of a stressful situation. We will be returning for pizza very soon.
