People & visitors of Los Gatos, don't just walk on by and chance missing an awesome dining experience. Spinello's has such a quaint & cozy atmosphere and they even play such enjoyable nostalgic Italian tunes to enhance your dining pleasure! Bernie, our server and Mike, the talented/skilled Chef & Owner were so congenial & accommodating; they made us feel as though we've been longtime patrons. Walk in or make your reservation soon cause once the skuttlebutt over Spinello's begins, you just might be fending off crowds for a seat in this great little gem of an eatery!!! Oh, be sure to order a meal w/Mike's Gravy (Spaghetti Sauce) w/mouthwatering braciole or meatballs, it's his Mama's own recipe; so tender, it melts in your mouth; delicioso... My other half only orders Chicken Parm so he's quite the expert and he says it was one of the best he's ever had, except mine of course! If I'm ever lucky enough to visit scenic & lovely Main Street Los Gatos, CA again, we'll be #1 on the reservation list at Spinello's where Italian cuisine is more then a spagetti meal. Salute', Cento Anni Spinello's!

The pizza is always amazing, and love the periodic specials they do. Have been to this location several times since it opened - all at lunchtimes. The 1-2 times we did have an issue (food or service) the management reached out to fix things or credit us. Great casual spot, nice location (except parking can be tough) and great food!

The service was good, but most of the food was below average. The garden salad was tasty with a balanced dressing, but the pasta didn't have enough sauce and was therefore dry. The four of us ate lots of different dishes; all left happy. The waitress recommended a strange-shaped bottle of Italuan red wine, which though expensive at $60 was a solid 13.5% alc per volume. We were told that he odd shape of the "bottle was designed to suit a left-handed Pope"; that was a selling-point for us!The steak salad and the sweets were particularly appreciated.

This cozy place has always met the appetite of my last minute drop in company. Always great service from the friendly staff led by Giuseppe. The food has a great American Italian taste matched with wonderful wine and deserts. It has become part of the neighborhood over the years that one can feel like they are coming home.

Was very pleased with our selection to eat here. The seating was casual and comfortable. Our server was very attentive and willing to offer suggestions. Was very pleased with my pasta suggestion. The server's wine recommendation was very good and not the most expensive on the menu. Parking was available.

The reviews are exaggerated. The food is good but nothing out of the ordinary. Prices a little steep for what they have to offer plus its crowded and noisy place because it is so tiny. My husband and I did not enjoy our pasta. My gluten free pasta was so hard it wouldn't hold the sauce which signifies a lacking in the preparation department, and it was not yummy. My husbands sauce and sausage were just ordinary, nothing different. Service was conscientious but not that friendly. The waitstaff were snooty to say the least. We live right here in town and don't enjoy restaurants where the staff make you feel like they are doing you a favor because you walked in their door.

This is the second time Iâve been here and the venue is great. They have the option of indoor or outdoor bocce everything is great. If you donât know how to play you can get a quick tutorial. The food is another story. The Italian sodas are reminiscent of 7 up with Kool-aid. The cheese platter was plentiful but the olives were soft and salty. But go for the game.

and what an awesome find. Everything on our visit was so delightful, from our greeting, to service, and the fab food. Can't wait to go back and try more from the interesting menu. My Speciailita di Barbara was a grand seafood melange over mixed greens. Hubby's shrimp pasta, of which there are several iterations, was so good, and the bread, well, let's say I am still paying the price for giving in to that heavenly bread. Well-priced wine menu was bonus.
