Established in Algarrobo, near the world's biggest swimming pool, is one of the best italian restaurants outside Santiago. Flavours are not affected by horrible local spicies such as cilantro and garlic.

I was there last week with friends for my first visit and was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was. It was very close to what I'm used to in a US style pizza. The atmosphere was warm and the service was good.
