After reading all the great reviews I decided to try Saturday brunch with them.I ordered Earl Grey for starters.They brought a cup of hot water with the bag in the saucer but out of sight so it wasn't till I went to lift my cup I realised it was only hot hot water. I got them to put in fresh boiling water so the tea bag would infuse properly.I chose the scrambled eggs. I wanted no truffles or rucola with my scrambled eggs. I added hash browns and baked beans.Now here is the important part. Living in Asia 10 years I alrrady know Asians always over cook scrambled eggs so I stressed I wanted my eggs undercooked, runny, sloppy. I then asked do you understand what I was asking of them.Yes they understood.What I got was weird tasting overcooked eggs. Avocado was nice. So was the mushrooms and sour dough toast. The hash browns were novel little balls which were nice too.But the baked beans were just tomato sauce and no beans?So disappointing overcooked eggs that had a very strange weird taste to them.Hi DirtyPierreOnTour,weâre sorry to hear that your experience didnât met your expectation. A lovely dinner. Had a huge group and meals came out quickly. We had a toddler with us and they were great with her. Staff were very helpful. Recommend highly! Wanted to go to a local restaurant and after reading the reviews decided to try here. We weren't disappointed the food was beautiful. All freshly prepared and hot. The services was superb and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will be going back

I've become bored with Italian food, but on our last night in Kuta this restaurant looked romantic. Magnifico. I'd forgotten how much I did enjoy Italian food. We had a tasty brochette starter, I had the lasagna-excellent, my wife had the penne carbonara-also excellent. Lots of cheese and sauce as it should be. All served hot and delicious. We had a very nice gelato banana split as well. Their house Two Island pinot noir was quite good too. Good service and a very enjoyable dinner. Once we found this place during our last week when we stayed at Kuta, we kept coming back.Whilst it wasn't the cheapest around (Juices $3.30, Quesadilla $7.00, Eggs Benedict $5.50) the quality and meal size were excellent.Beers were always cold (however we learnt how to ask for them freezing cold 30 years ago) and the staff very friendly (true Balinese)

When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the pizzas were buy 1 get 1 free .. all 6 of us ordered our pizzas , they were slow to come out. One pizza came out and it wasnât what we had ordered at all , took about 45 minutes to get the correct pizza. We received the bill and it wasnât buy 1 pizza get 1 free as we were told. You only get the free pizza if you order a specific pizza. Staff didnât understand much English at all which made it extremely hard to communicate with them. Donât think we will be returning.

Have been to the Dolce Vita numerous times since it opened in January 2019.Never once been disappointed with either the service, the meals or the ambience.The owner is always on the floor and available to answer any questions you may have. Definitely the place to go for authentic Italian food in Bali
