It lies 27 miles (43 km) south of London, 21 miles (34 km) north northeast of Brighton, and 38 miles (61 km) east northeast of the county town of Chichester. The civil parish covers an area of 2,443.45 hectares (6,037.9 acres) and had a population of 23,942 persons in the 2001 census. The population of the town at the 2011 Census was 26,383.

We had lunch for 51 people here for my fatherâs 90th Birthday. Everything was absolutely wonderful and there were lots and lots of compliments with respect to the venue itself which is truly wonderful from the ambiance of the house to the beautiful grounds. Nothing was too much trouble and as we had family arriving from some distance we had to be a little bit more flexible with the actual serving of lunch and Peter and Pauline were able to make it work.The food was delicious and again received lots of compliments!At the end of a great but exhausting afternoon we were dreading taking down all the balloons and banners ... however Peter again was super helpful by telling us ânot to worry â as they would happily take care of it for us.I have read the few negative reviews here and can honestly say we experienced nothing but a friendly, professional and thoughtful attitude from booking to finish, I am sure we will be returning for the next family get together!We're so pleased you were happy with all the arrangements and we also enjoyed hosting your event. We generally receive lots of compliments on the day and in separate emails for every event but not everyone takes the time to post a review so we really appreciate you writing one.Pauline Wells

Pizza Hut Delivery wouldn't deliver to us even though we are 2 miles away as it was outside their delivery area!?!?Went to collect it and to be honest I wish I had not bothered.Pizza was not how I remember Pizza Hut. It was bland tasteless and doughy. Sides were equally as poor.We thought we would give them a try, will not bother again.

We had a take away tonight (20/10/18). We collected and it was ready within 15 mins. The food was delicious, we had a pizza, chicken wings and cheesy dough balls. THE DOUGH BALLS ARE THE BEST WE HAVE TASTED!!! The menu also caters really well for vegans. The only thing we would say was the pizza wasnât hot, we had to reheat it before we ate. But we will be definitely eating here again

Ate here on a Tuesday evening, restaurant was very quiet. Good service, not over attentive. Nice plate of olives followed by an American hot pizza and a Fiorentina, both OK but a little soggy in the centre. Good bottle of Montepulciano at just the right temperature followed by decent americano coffees.

I've never actually dined here, but I have used their takeaway and delivery service many times.The quality of the food is top notch, and far and away the best pizza's you can get in East Grinstead.Staff friendly, greeted by name, always a pleasure.Highly recommended for takeaway / delivery, especially the CalzoneYou're missing out if you don't try it!

Staff very attentive and talked us through all the specials and cocktail options - when we arrived there were no other customers but they offered the same service to all arriving customers. The sangria was lovely and so was the crab/lobster filled pasta I ordered. My partners pizza was a little too oily but he said he still enjoyed it! Would definitely return.

Finding ourselves famished and ready for some tasty food after strolling Forest Row, we were recommended to pop in for a quick bite. The pizzas are renown as the oven master is from Sardinia and really knows his pizza crust. I ordered a pizza, "Parmagiana" a Roasted Eggplant, Parmasan and Garlic w/tomato and Cheese, my husband had a Quesadilla with Chorizo, cheese and jalapeno, and our friend had a pizza, "Napoli" with Anchovies, capers, olives and parsley! I was eyeing the Buddha bowls and other salads that the ladies next to us had. They were colourful and looked so delicious! My husband and I found ourselves back there in a few days and ordered a delicious Prosciutto, Mozzerella, Basil, Tomato sandwich on a sofy baguette and my husband had a "Fresca" pizza with Prosciutto and Parmesan and Arugula and we sat ouside on the sidewalk in the shade. I was surprised that our waitress didn't have an English accent because she was Canadian and from Toronto! What a small world!

Have only been once but thought Iâd post a review anyway.This is a great place to eat at any time but we were here with my family.The menu is small but a great choice, I had saffron cod, so so good. The seating is a little cramped especially if there are only two but the staff, atmosphere service make up for that.

I have used Prezzo restaurants for years now. I have to be honest and I have mixed veiws on them. One local restaurants in Bury St Eds has always been outstanding, another local restaurant in Stowmarket has terrible service and I now refuse to go back. East Grinstead reveiws were very mixed with extreme reveiws some good and some very bad. We decided to visit en route to Gatwick. I am pleased we were not put off by bad reveiws. The service was great, the food excellent and we left looking forward to our two weeks vacation which followed

Lobster night- Went with my two daughters on a spur of the moment thing â very warm welcome by the manager and two waitresses who showed us to a delightful table. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Drinks arrived swiftly and our order promptly taken. We went for the Pesce e pesce â delicious fish, great dip and superb skinny fries. Washed down with an Italian white and a beer. All in all an excellent evening. They deserve to go from strength to strength.
