Abbiamo considerato l'idea di andare qui perchè abbiamo seguito il programma dei quattro ristoranti e in particolare le puntate tenutesi in Franciacorta. Nonostante non sia il ristorante vincitore abbiamo deciso di andare qui perchè le recensioni erano positive, la location era un casale storico rimodernato, e sesto senso femminile. Abbiamo prenotato alle 18.00 di sabato sera e con sorpresa la proprietaria ci ha informati che c'era un solo tavolo per due libero, tra l'altro della saletta adiacente la principale. Abbiamo accettato comunque, non conoscendo il locale, non avevamo preferenze. Che dire appena arrivati avverti subito un'eleganza, un servizio per il cliente, una cortesia a cui non siamo abituati. Ci hanno accompagnato al nostro tavolo riservato, mi hanno fornito un comodo trepiedi come poggia borsa. Il menu' fornitomi non aveva i prezzi, segno di buon costume offrire il menu' prezzato all'uomo. Vengono offerte delle entrè in attesa di ornare i piatti, e in attesa del loro arrivo in tavola. Abbiamo ordinato due primi e due secondi. (vedasi foto). Lista dei piatti ben fornita per tutti i gusti tra carni e pesce. Abbiamo ordinato il loro Rose' di Franciacorta: buono davvero. I piatti molto buoni curati, dosi ottime. La nostra paura era di finire in un posto di eccessiva nuovelle cuisine, dove ahime' la presentazione stupenda dei piatti prevale sulla sostanza da mangiare. Dosi buone, buona presentazione. Servizio con ritmo tranquillo e rilassante. Con i caffe' ci hanno offerto dei dolcetti molto invitanti e buoni. Che dire super consigliato. Prezzi giusti per il servizio e la qualità del cibo (100 ⬠in due). Ci tornerò.

Fine, fresh ingredients of high quality. Ambition in the kitchen, no question about it. Basically traditional Italian cooking leaning towards continental modern. Not inventive, but with several touches of good ideas - we had a lobster with "black pasta" flavoured from octopus ink. The angler fish was more common in both cooking and appearance.Accompanied by a nice set on the wine chart, this is one of the best restaurants in Sarnico.Interior is stylish and the courtyard lovely on a summer's eve.The charming English hostess makes it easy for non Italian speaking to find their way to good choices.Not cheap, but not overpriced. Recommended!

Went there on short notice. Restaurant is hard to locate and is surprisingly modern against the setting of the old town. Service was good. Food was consistent and reasonably priced. Local wines were relatively cheap. Left very happy with the meal.

Went with some relatives who had celebrated their wedding there. The service is by complete meal, several steps (like antipasti, pasta, meat, etc) with many different options for each one... but you don't have to choose, all the platters are served to your table, and you just eat as much as you want... everything is delicious, each one something special and unique, including traditional dishes from the region, Everything is prepared using organic or locally grown products, even the wine is local. Cooked to detail and with love. Service attends to every detail. (However, do not expect refined or modern location or decor, it´s agriturismo...) Just a wonderful experience!!! It´s a reason in itself to go to Bergamo!

Luogo veramente incantevole che ho conosciuto in occasione di un matrimonio.Il cibo era squisito e ben presentato.I tempi di attesa fra le portate era eccessivamente lungo, non se fosse una scelta degli sposi o il normale fare della struttura, ma ne consiglio la revisione.

During business trip to Adro we went to restaurant Cornaleto for lunch. Restaurant is perfectly located between the vineyard of Franciacorta. Restaurant was very crowdy this day so we needed nearly 2 hours for the whole lunch. Anyway the quality and preparation of our food was just amazing. We all had three course menus and no complaints at all. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Full recommendation for restaurant Cornaleto.

I went here for lunch with my husband and 2 friends, and we didn't quite know what to expect. At the last minute we decided we wanted to visit a vineyard, so we called this place and they said they have tours and food. When we arrived they seated us at a table and started off by pouring us prosecco. We didn't know if this was a tasting or how much anything cost but we went along with it, and shortly afterwards they brought the lunch menu. We still didn't see any prices for the wine, but the food prices were very reasonable and we each ordered one dish. The food was really amazing and we were all completely satisfied with how flavorful our meals were: steak, risotto, ravioli, and cannelloni. Throughout lunch they refilled our prosecco and also offered red wine for the steak. For dessert my husband and I shared a tiramisu, we got a couple coffees, and they provided complimentary grappa. We were quite nervous to get the bill, but it amazingly was only 70 euro for all four of us.After lunch we inquired about the tour, which was the primary reason we came, but they couldn't accommodate a tour in English on that day.

Evitare questo ristorante! Avoid this restaurant!I reserved a table online for 4 people at 21:00. When we arrive the rude man in front tells us that we didnât make a reservation and there are no tables for us. After some back and forth, I pull up email confirmation that shows I did make a reservation and the restaurant confirmed it. Despite the proof of reservation they wouldnât seat us. Eventually the guy offered our party to 4 a tiny table that was too small for 2 people. This whole experience ruined our night as we were left trying to find a new restaurant late at night in a small town in Italy during busy season. Total disaster and the staff shockingly rude about it, never once apologizing or even seeming to care. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!
