Not a restaurant that you would find by accident, up a side street on the quieter side of the main road. The front entrance is very understated but leads into a lovely timbered dining area. Excellent food including local valtelina specialities. I fancied a small beer but only very large bottles are available .. the house wine was excellent Sassella

The place at evening is very nice because you need to walk 500, in the snow to get there. Prices are on average for Aprica and also quality was good.We liked second course of meat more than first course

Perched high up near the top of one of the main ski lifts in Aprica sits this lovely chalet. There is a bar downstairs, with the main restaurant area upstairs. Came as a large group. We had an enormous selection of antipasti and several other courses of traditional Italian fare. Fantastic value, service and effort. I probably enjoyed the meal not quite 5* was there was too much, the antipasti was a meal in itself, and a lot of food left over to waste sadly.Information on my ratings:5^ I give relatively few. Has to be a place I would either go to regularly and consistently provide a cut above the rest, or a place that I may have visited just once and offered a particularly memorable experience or be exceptional value.4* is a place I enjoy and would tend to go back to if the opportunity was presented. Probably a good level to aim at for a business, as too many 5* suggests you may be underselling/undermarketing (from my perspective)!3^ places are adequate and I would sometimes go back to but other choices are generally preferred; normally there is obvious room for improvement, usually the offering and value.2* places have issues that make the experience below par, 1* places...hope I don't end up in one of these!Thank you for the accurate description and for sharing on Trip Advisor your precious opinion about the Chalet Baradello dal Brusca.We appreciate your sincerity and we are pleased that the value for money fully met your expectations.Thank you enjoyed our food ... we hope to see you again to completely conquer your palate.In any case, we are grateful for the feedback and we send you our best regards from Aprica!

Perfect place for service and ambience, delicious food from the tradition: Pizzoccheri, Polenta con salsiccia and salumi misti. We also have been served by a very gentle waiter which was glad to explain all the dishes and to suggest also the right balance between quantity as we would have taken all of them! Having lunch in a sunny day looking at the snowed mountains is another plus!Pricing are at the right level for the offered food/quality and location.Highly recommend this place

Very professional serving of food in this Ristorante.We ordered the speciality for the Area, Pizzoccherri del cosp. Just lovely. As starter we ordered also a speciality from area, a local cheese which was fried...I have to admit probably one of the best dish ever eaten...name of dish is....Gli sciatt su letto di pan di zucch. Very great prices as well. If possible we will come back.Please see my pictures also.

This is a wonderful Argentinian restaurant in the centre of Aprica. Attentive front of house staff. Very friendly environment and great modern decor. Antipasti was very nice. Short wine list but we found good bottle of white. When we asked for wine list again to accompany steak, we were offered a bottle of Argentinian Malbec not on the list - it was delicious! Steak perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hamburger also excellent. Proprietor was the perfect host..... Lots of smiles from staff = happy evening for guests!

This restaurant is located on the main street of Aprica, nearly in front of the cinema.The ambiance is very refined and colorful, with wooden traditional touches, golden lamps, glass everywhere and some red shapes.The atmosphere is really contemporary and suggests the mix between traditional and experimental dishes they offer.I appreciated the menu because it offer meat dishes, pasta dishes, fish dishes, and vegetarian dishes, and vegan ones as well, so almost everyone can eat here despite beeing on the mountains.We dined here and we had chocolate pasta with fresh mushrooms, bitto cheese and nuts, bitto cheese and mushrooms risotto, dumplings with prowns and shrimps reductions and all the dishes were perfectly cooked, wirh nice dishes presentations, and with good ingredients.They have a curious selection of desserts of their own (they are also home made).I suggest to pay this restaurant a visit if in Aprica.

As mentioned in the title the food was great and the service was also good. It came out quick and tasted fresh. The only problem is that we constantly had flies around which was very uncomfortable due to this a recommend sitting inside.
