So I came to this tiny braceria thinking that it was going to be one of those secret places that are secretly amazing, and I was right. Coming from oxford, UN, it was quite clear that I would need someone who could comprehend my order. Luckily, one of the waiters worked in london and was able to get my order and bring me everything i needed efficiently. The meat was absolutely incredible, buttery, with a side of roast potatoes which were absolutely delicious. I recommend this place to anybody, 100%!

....bel locale, servizio molto buono, camerieri attenti e professionali antipasto misto veramente molto buono, ahime' arrosticini non hanno soddisfatto. Premesso che ho chiesto arrosticini di una pezzatura piu' piccola e mi hanno portato una pezzatura piu' grande, tagliati male, cotti sulla piastra, insapore.....forse saro' capitato male ma questo era l'arrosticino odierno. mi spiace sono partiti col botto e hanno buttato via cio' che avevano guadagnato. Ci tornero' e faro' la prova del nove sperando in arrosticini migliori.

Arriviamo in vacanza ad Alba Adriatica e dopo aver letto le recensioni decidiamo di cenare qui. Periodo di ferie e per evitare la gran confusione, ci presentiamo allâapertura ( come avevamo prenotato). Non è servito un gran che, in quanto il servizio si è rivelato lento e approssimativo, nonostante ci fossero pochi tavoli. Abbiamo preso ARROSTICINI e TAGLIATA, soprattutto per assaggiare gli arrosticini che mai avevamo mangiato.Brutta esperienza! Proviamo a sfilarli dallo spiedino âaddentandoâ il primo della fila, ma non ci riusciamo ed allora, piano piano ne togliamo uno per volta con il coltello, proviamo a mangiarlo ma è durissimo e non ci riusciamo, quindi, aiutandosi con forchetta e coltello, lo facciamo a piccoli pezzi, ma dopo uno desistiamo. DURISSIMI immasticabili. Quando lo faccio presente alla cassiera, al momento del pagamento, lei balbetta qualcosa e passa oltre.Ci siamo guardati bene da tornare in questo ristorante, ed infatti nelle sere successive abbiamo gustato degli arrosticini ottimiâ¦.. lontano da qui. This place is special. Even if probably at lunch it is not at his best I found a wonderful meal. Follow the suggestion of the chef, can't go wrong.Unfortunately I was in the middle of a long trip, and I could not enjoy completely the wine and the meal (that asked for a long lasting stay) but what I had was awesome. "Baccalà " this where this restaurant gives his best. Deep work in the selection of the ingredients, love in the preparation. This is my impression after speaking a little bit with Gianfranco.Hope to have to come back here soon.

Ora si chiama frittella e co ed è sul lungomare,non condivido le valutazioni come eccellente ecc...è un posto dove si mangia una frittella con ripieni a scelta..tutto abbastanza standard,si ordina e si paga in anticipo...orribile!!Birra sarda mediocre qualità o altra birra sempre standard,nulla di che,direi per qualche volta si può fare ma non mi ha entusiasmato!!

I found ristorante Arca listed in the guide book L'Espresso with a very high rating and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in the center of Alba Adriatica on the main street which ends on the Lungomare and shares a mid block location with an enoteca of the same name. Massimiliano, the chef and his brother run a tight ship with both a seafood and "terra" menu. My 3 friends all tried the seafood and were blown away by the Brodetto and the baccala' while I spoiled myself with a thinly sliced elegant pork dish with "Patanegra" pork from the Jamon Iberico region of Spain. I have never seen this in another restaurant in Italy, although I am sure you might find it in a starred restaurant in Milan, Rome of Florence. The service was impeccable with the chef taking everyone's orders and answering questions or advising you on choices which will delight your palate. His brother is at the ready with a nicely selected wine list with options from around the world, but the majority from the neighboring Abruzzo vineyards. Fresh breads arrive at the table with the amuse bouche and the tranquil, simple, but elegant ambience help make for a wonderful evening!

Siamo frequentatori dei bagni Magnolia Dry da 5 anni....ma mai avevamo mangiato a pranzo prima dâora.Ci siamo voluti concedere una coccola prima di tornare a casa.Abbiamo optato per il menù a â¬18.Ottimo il primo di tagliatelle con il tonno.Altrettanto gustosa la frittura di pesce.Il servizio è buono anche se i sorrisi vengono centellinati.....motivo per cui non mi sento di dare il massimo dei voti.
