We ordered the most simplest items on the menu, four portions of thier toast. Some pancakes and two juices. We got our two of the plates of food and the juice about a hour and a half later. After inquiring quite a few times how much longer the food would take, ( the response was: soon, soon) we got the the other two toast as well. We didnât even bother asking what happened to the pancakes because that would have taken another million years. All in all the food took way too long. The service is insanely slow. There was one waiter taking orders and serving the food. There was one person making the juice and also the cashier so even getting our bill took a good 15 minutes. The chicken and cheese toast was good though. They are really generous with the cheese.I understand your disaffection and your disappointment, thatâs true we lacked some staff but we already found a new waiter and another will come soon. Some more staff have already come in support to the kitchen as well. We feel really sorry for this unpleasant waiting. We are pleased you appreciated sandwiches.

My Italian friend and I were craving some good Italian food. And they gave us flat fanta, the waitor then complained about how we being fussy. Amazing restaurant right on the beach. My partner and I tried almost everything on the menu and were never disappointed. I particularly loved the mango lassi and the curry was one of the best I've ever had! The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local knowledge. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The happy hour from 1-10pm was a nice touch too

This is the best dinner on Sri Lanka what we had. Food was perfect and als service was on top level. We had pasta and fish both was great and fresh food. Everything clean and with beautiful view to the Indian Ocean. Really recomend it!!! Thank you very much for such a great review. We work really hard to offer the best food for our guests. This was the poorest meal I had in the whole of Sri Lanka.. The shrimp gnocchi did not smell fresh, the hummus was no good at all... the vegetable was cold and the pasta is not homemade (as the pictures indicate).And to top it off, they prepared the food topless.. talk about hygiene.Sad to say that I do not recommend this place to anyone!Hello, we are sorry to read these hard words.Just to be clear, we buy only fresh shirmp everyday, the hummus is our style hummus, we usually serve vegetables cold cause people like it, and last, we serve pasta homemade only on request.Anyway, we don t pretend to be perfect, we apologize for our mistakes and we try to do better everyday, learning from mistakes.We woud like to suggest you, next time, if you don t like something, you can tell directly to us. Good pizza parlour, nice environment, tasty pizzas like in Italy. We tried the calzone and the bufalina once and the second time shared a vegetarian pizza with cheese and a salad. All food was delicious and dessert too. I recommend the affogato dessert which comes with real italian coffee. Thank you so much for a wonderful review! We did not stay at this lovely property but ate in it 3 nights out of 7! Food was wonderful, beside the sea with turtles popping their heads up a few metres away in the waves. Great, friendly staff and freshly prepared food. Also one of the fab swings that goes over the sea is part of the property.
