Das Eis wird hier nicht selbst hergestellt, wie wir auf Nachfrage erfuhren. Das Angebot umfasst reichlich Sorten, und es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Ambiente wird man nicht verspüren, aber das wird wohl auchnicht erwartet.

In an earlier review, I prematurely declared Freustil as No. 1 in Binz for fine dining. Well, Rugard's Gourmet definitely is on the same level. But the very high level of cuisine is the only thing those 2 have in common.As opposed to Freustil, Rugard's is a very classical gourmet restaurant. The location on the top floor of the Rugard hotel offers nice views over the Baltic sea. The decor is classical and elegant. The service is very professional and friendly. You can choose the number of courses you want to eat from the menu, which offers a nice mix of dishes. Everything we had was flawlessly prepared, nicely arranged and tasted very well. The Michelin star is well deserved.When you are into fine dining and prefer a more classical environment, Rugard's Gourmet is a must.

In Binz not many vegetarian food options food options are available. Rialto has few Pizza and Pasta which are vegetarian. Another good point is it is open till 11.00PM.Nothing exceptional for food or service. Location is very good. It is very close Pier and on pedestrian only area.

We ate two times at the restaurant in Nixe which is located underground, which is not so appealing during the summer months when you want to have a view. The food is excellent, creative but sometimes a bit overdone. Some great German wines.

Da meine Frau und ich ins Kabarett wollten sind wir hier eingekehrt. Es gab für die Hotelgäste ein Büfett. Auf die Frage ob wir daran teilnehmen müssen oder etwas anderes haben können wurde uns freundlich die Karte gebracht. Die Auswahl war übersichtlich und wir entschieden uns für Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln bzw. ich für Rinderstreifen mit Nudeln. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ordered 2 coffee and 2 different cakes. Waiter and waitress taking time to serve. Coffee came first but still have to wait for the cakes for quite some time. Kept asking where were the cakes and finally served the wrong 'Sahne Torten' with a 'Käsekuchen'. Seems like both waiter and waitress have no clue for the cake names.

Durch unsere Radtour von Binz nach Goor haben wir den Anleger entdeckt und direkt für den Abend einen Tisch reserviert. Abends angekommen haben wir erst einmal genüÃlich einen sundowner mit Blick auf die ankommenden Segel Schiffe genommen. Eine Speisekarte gab es nicht aber uns wurden alle Speisen ausmalend vorgestellt. Wir entschieden uns für den selbst-gemachten Hirsch Schinken aus der Region, Bergkäse und Salami zur Vorspeise. AnschlieÃend ging es weiter mit selbst-gemachten Pasta Variationen. Bei dem reichhaltigen Weinangebot ist für jeden etwas dabei. Toller Service, tolles liebevoll zubereitetes Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I have been in this marvellous place last summer during my bike trip from Berlin to Ruegen, it was my dream to reach this place I saw many times on TV in the series Robbie, so I reached finally this goal, I would say that the panorama is marvellous, sea nature... the place typical. We took a coffee and a dessert, it was really tasty and the price good! Whenever in my life I come back here, I wont miss another visit!

We sat outside, the terrace has a view to the Ostsee. The dish ( duet of fish) was nicely decorated, the service was good.
