We had dinner a la carte here. The amuse bouches were absolutely amazing. Beautiful and tasty. We also loved the dim sum made with wild boar and a number of other amazing dished. The service was impeccable, friendly and young - formal, but in a smiling way - and the chef was welcoming and curious about how we had found their place. I had heard about this restaurant. I had heard it's great. But it's more than that. It is really outstanding! We had the Chef's Menu and were delighted. I don't want to say what we ate because the originality in combination and presentation of the meals/ingredients are part of its greatness. Just let me tell you that the ingredients are regional and from the highest quality. The wine card is really big and the staff recommendations are very well informed. Another fine aspect is that this restaurant offers an informal atmosphere which is very inviting. We also booked a room in the lovely hotel. So we could eat for as long as we wished. I kid you not when I say: This was one of the best meals of my life! (and I eat out often ;-) ) I urge you not to miss this place if you're by chance in Switzerland or near the Alps. It's wonderful!
