This restaurant looks like the beloved project of someone who is passionate about this business. There's plenty of good ideas around, in the décor and in the menu. The pricing is very reasonable. The service is attentive and does a good job. However, I think there's still some points that can be improved: on a Friday night, the place was not too crowded. We were seated at a table upstairs with too much light, it didn't feel quite private. The food was good, not great. We ordered tostadas de pulpo, some were made with tortilla, some with chicharrón. The mushrooms were good. I had the lamb as a main, it was good but could have been a bit hotter. I am sure in a few months, fixing some aspects, this can be an excellent place.

Usual Argentinian Steak House, a little bit fancier maybe but for no reason. The food was good, the service a little bit snobbish. Seating in a covered courtyard uncomfortable due noise and lack of room. Anyway, the food was good and as expected.

Restuaro was our best meal in Puebla. We shared mostly fish: tacos de stun, grilled fish with garlic sauce, salmon with Caribbean sauce. All great. I had a salad as I was in desperate need of some vegetables and it was very good. Even better was the super friendly (English speaking) staff who went out of their way to make sure you were happy! My Fiance and I ate here after a three week working trip to Puebla and La Estancia never disappoints. Beyond the incredible meats which are out of the world, the service here is fantastic. Our main server, Luis, who speaks perfect English was overly helpful as was his right hand man Jose. The service doesn't stop at the table, the best bathroom attendant I have ever met works here, Mr. Apolina, who runs around the bathroom making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal and party. A must go to Everytime we are in Puebla, La Estancia never disappoints.

Probably our best meal in Puebla. The space is really pretty, and they have a museum upstairs that is worth checking out (probably after dinner) about the house, relics that were found there (including a pre-spanish tomb) and a collection of pre-Colombian artifacts. The service and the food were good, and after 9 pm they have live music. We enjoyed our dinners, which were great flavors for traditional foods, plus some Spanish dishes like Serano Ham and paella. Mole is everywhere in Puebla, but they had a good mole poblano.

Really good place for breakfast. During weekends its possible that you need to wait for a table about 30 minutes but the place and food deserves its.You mus try cantaloupe bowl for entrance. Chilaquiles are really nice too. Dishes are big.Service is excellent. Best place to have breakfast.

At the hotel where I stayed, they recommended this restaurant, but it turned out to be a bad experience. The place was full of local visitors of the neighborhood. The restaurant decoration regular, without much detail. I visited it for breakfast. Cheap prices, between $4 and $7 per breakfast plate. I did not like what I ordered. I tried some eggs in green sauce and pepitoria ingredient, which I felt was very loaded and the mixture of ingredients was not good. The quality of ingredients was not very good as well as the outcome taste of the dish. I do not recommend it.

Quedé muy gratamente sorprendido por la impecable ejecución de los platillos. Presentación y armonÃa, que destacan la belleza gastronómica de nuestros colores y texturas, bajo la estética minimalista de la cocina actual. Los aromas y sabores, que reflejan el respeto y apego a la herencia culinaria mexicana que muestra el chef. Después leà acerca de José Lazcarro Quiroz, joven chef poblano con formación francesa, que está haciendo un extraordinario trabajo, y conocido como "Mole Master" internacionalmente. El restaurante bonito y el servicio es muy amable, pero deberán mejorar la capacitación y la organización en el servicio, pues queda muy desnivelado en relación al nivel gastronómico.
