Staying in Potenza for a single night on our trip, this bar caught our eye as we wanted to have a burger. Donât let the uninviting outside of the building stop you, as you will be greeted by a modern and classy interior. While none of the staff spoke English, this added to the experience. We had some nice burgers, GREAT cheesecake and received a free shot of âAmaro Lucanoâ which is a regional specialty. Go for an Aperol Spritz to top it off and youâre set for the evening. Enjoy!

Surprisingly Potenza seemed to be bereft of decent restaurants with most serving little more than greasy pizzas so Burbaca was a pleasant alternative with traditional dishes and burgers. The red wine was good

Place taken care of in details, food is genuine and typical and all cooked in front of clients. It tastes so good but there should be a more wide choice. You won't find commercial products as Coca-Cola and stuff like these, that's really positive if you sometimes wanna eat different!!
