We had diner twice at Tasula Restaurant, the food is very high quality, excellent wines. Good music (not too loud), nice garden. This is one of the oldest restaurants in Cappidocia. We were lucky to get a booking . Crisp white table clothes and very serious staff, whom take massive pride in their food..Itâs authentic and delicious! Great selection of Turkish Dishes and very good local wine ..

Went here for dinner, the food was average, steak was well cooked but the tasted so so. The place was dead only 2 more couples when we went for dinner. The server start eating on a near by table as well. I asked for servers opinion between 2 steaks and he suggested one and I ordered it. Later on he came back saying we don't have it.I would try other places

St in a stunning old stone building, Prokopi looks like a very upscale restaurant, but the prices are competitive with the rest of Urgup. Seating is outdoors on the second level, or inside some stone-ceilinged rooms behind that patio. The lamb shank was very tender and goo; it was beautiful to look at, although not as flavorful as I would have lived. The other meat dishes we tried were good as well, but the lasagne was a disaster, and I would recommend skipping it. Creme Brulee was outstanding for desert, and this is the only restaurant in Urgup where I saw it on the menu.One thing Prokopi gas going for it is an almost-full bar selection; although they could not make a gin-and-tonic the night I went (they were out of gin - a sin against nature!), a glass of Baileys was welcome, and the great service we had more than made up for any shortcomings.Prokopi is a little out-of-the-way, north of the main city, but well worth the walk. And the walk back will help you burn off all the calories you just got eating the Creme Brulee!
