Irapuato is a Mexican town (and municipality) located at the foot of the Arandas Hill (in Spanish: cerro de Arandas), in the south central region of the state of Guanajuato. It lies between the Silao River and the Guanajuato River, a tributary of the Lerma River, at 1,724 m (5,656 ft) above sea level. It is located at 20°40′N 101°21′W / 20.667°N 101.350°W / 20.667; -101.350. The city is the second-largest in the state (only behind León), with a population of 342,561 according to the 2005 census, while its municipality has a population of 529,440. The municipality has an area of 845.16 km² (326.32 sq mi) and includes numerous smaller outlying communities. The city's main industry is agriculture and it is famous for its strawberries and the raising of pigs and cattle. The fruits and flowers of Irapuato's luxurious gardens are well known throughout Mexico.

The food is expensive. The service is the second worst in town. The tables are very bad located, we sat in a place that when started to rain we got all wet and no assistance from the waiters. We moved ourselves to another table and unfortunately this was besides a service table, so noisy that we ran out of the place!Inside the restaurant in the second floor they aloud smoking!We regret this situation, we deeply value your opinion and we assure you that your comments are very important for us in order to improve our service. Prices are very reasonable and the food was very good. I had the shrimp taco as an appetizer and the lemon capelli pasta with chicken. Both were very good. In fact, the pasta was excellent. And the pasta was equavalent to the price of a burger at some of the local establishments, Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

While this restaurant does offer a variety of beers (both domestic and international), if fails on some of its food menu items. For starters, the music is too loud - I felt like I was at a club and couldn't converse with my family. The beer selections was good. However, the food was subpar - we order two chicken sandwiches, which had a piece of chicken that looked like chicharon. I love chicharon, BUT I expected my chicken to look like chicken, grilled, and not fried to the point that it was dry and inedible. Our waiter apologized and had our sandwiches remade. I guess they don't believe in grilled chicken, so ours were fried - AGAIN! Anyway, it tasted a little better but the bread was poorly made as it was crumbling in pieces after the first bite. I recommend a pint of beer to wash down the dry chicken. The hamburgers, and chicken wings were good.

This is an all you can eat arrachera place (I beleive the cut is galled flank steak in English) and is located on one of the main roads in the city and close to several large companies' manufacturing facilities. The concept is simple, all you can eat arrachera, with some typical sides like beans, rice, and nopales (cactus paddles). The meat is cooked to a good degree, remaining with its tender, slightly salty nature. Pries are low and it is a good alternative to the fancier places in Irapuato which really aren't that great. Recommended if you are in the area and looking for a carniverous splurge.

We went for lunch at San Lorenzo and wow, what a great place. We had a few appetizers and entrees to share and loved everything. The service was very good, the decor modern and stylish and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back soon.

This restaurant offers high-quality meat at reasonable prices. Starters are amazing, especially the octopus carpaccio. Meat is served in a hot metal plate, so be careful to not burn yourself.
