Small and cozy, this place is one of those classics - promises little and delivers a lot! The owner is friendly, sipping a drink between orders and sitting down to chat with the all the guests he knows. Rest of the staff is lovely, attentive and gentle. The food! We had pasta and beef, both dishes were amazing. Price is good and atmosphere relaxed. Recommended for a simple and really enjoyable dinner!

The restaurant is located in the hotel's pool/bar area, which is quite lovely. The service was a bit mixed, some in the staff seemed a little lost, unsure and mixed up a lot of things. But when the food arrived it was really good, especially the Beirut sandwich - very delicious and unique. One of our dishes were cold though, and the red wine was much too chilled, so there were small details that pulled down the rating but overall a very good experience. Tasty food in a beautiful setting, so you don't really need to sweat the small stuff. Recommended!first of all, thank you for your time to avaliante our services. We are sorry for mistakes such as cold food and service. We are working hard to improve our routine. Avelino's is the only restaurant in Guaruja, that I know is really at the beach. The food is very well don, specially fish. The dishes can be shared by two or three people. You can even drink good wine if you want.

A charming mix of restaurant/cantina style with a varied menu of traditional Brazilian food serving not only different receipts of fish (you are in a beach city after all) but also beef and chicken meals. The restaurant is not too big and can get very busy after 2:00PM in the weekend but apart from that the service was impeccable (including the waiter which spoke English to us). Food was tasty and fresh, served as ordered. Nice mix of fruits and drinks, with a honest price.
