We made a late reservation and they were fully booked, but they willingly made arrangements to organise a table for us. They were having a "farewell party" because they will be changing location (to Gelsenkirchen Buer) in the early spring. They had an open buffet which included drinks. All the food was delicious; especially the Tiropitakia (traditional Greek cheese pies). The waiters were genuinely friendly and the service was excellent; which also contributed to the warm, elegant atmosphere of the restaurant. We are definitely going to pay them more visits once they've moved to Gelsenkirchen Buer.

Delicious Italian food. Family friendly. Vegetarian dishes available. We had the pesto gnocchi, grilled octopus and another pasta dish. Ample sized dishes fresh prepared m. Clean and low prices. â¬7 and up.

Wir waren mit Freunden am Samstagabend mit Vor-und Hauptspeise und sehr leckeren Weinempfehlungen und perfekten Service sehr zufrieden. Thunfisch halbroh und Steak waren perfekt, preislich oberer Bereich, für dieses Essen aber völlig gut.

La Sorgente haben wir erst in diesem Jahr entdeckt und waren mittlerweile schon mehrmals dort. Das hervorragende Essen und die herzliche Bedienung, haben uns zu Stammgästen werden lassen. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder Fleischgerichte, wir können alles empfehlen. Ich komme meistens an den nudelgerichten der Tageskarte nicht vorbei, einfach köstlich. Wenn ich einen Kritikpunkt äuÃern müsste, dann höchstens die fehlende Kartenzahlung.

Location: Not on your normal tourist route - close to a housing area and a U-bahn (can't remember the name) - not too difficult to find street parking close to the restaurant.Menu/Food: typical German dishes available with other options available, pasta, fish, chicken, etcService: Friendly service, english speaking waiter/waitress available - for me this was not needed. One thing is that this is not your typical brauhaus - I never had your waiter/waitress in a brauhaus serve you with white gloves when your food arrives. Food portions are big, but the quality was good. Did not manage to finish it, and because the portion left was still big, first time in Germany asked to have the food packed - luckily at this place it is not frawned upon - as the table next to us took their leftover back tooPrice: Reasonable for the quantity and quality you received.Only complain would be the number of beer choices - slightly on the small side.
