We were headed to another restaurant in the area when we passed Pate Pate. The food on the tables looked delicious and there was a fun vibe in the air. We proceeded to our initial destination but decided Pate Pate looked like a better bet in atmosphere and food so we turned around and were lucky to get an outside table just before there started to be a wait-list. First, the service. From the maitre d' to the waitress, everyone was very very friendly and funny. It was delightful just talking to the staff. The food was even better. We had the gazpacho, seared lamb on a sweet-potato hummus and a zucchini dish. It was all delicious--and plenty of food for two. Nice setting and delicious food. Only concern is the wines they have chosen for the Brace wine pairing. In our opinion the wines, which were predominantly white wines, were too sour, not dry but sour. Otherwise great experience!Dear guest,Thank you for your review! We are very happy that you enjoyed Brace and we really appreciate your feedback on the wine pairing. It is naturally a matter of taste but it is always great to hear the opinion of our guests. In the last menu, which you experienced, our Sommelier and Chef chose predominantly white wine as the menu has been mostly focused around fish and vegetables of the season. You should come by to try the new menu, as we enter the Fall and Winter seasons the seasonal ingredients call for more red wines :)

Hey Darling is a great date spot featuring various meatballs, delicious sides, and cocktails. My wife and I did the dinner for two (750 Danish), which included an appetizer, two cocktails, two meatball orders, three sides, and two desserts. Iâm a vegetarian, and the meatless meatballs were delicious. Service was outstanding.

I am not vegan, but have been trying to reduce my dairy and red meat intake for health reasons. I am also always looking for a good vegan burger. I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant after a long day of travel. I ordered the vegan burger and it was outstanding. I wish it weren't deep fried (so much for being healthy lol), but it was one of the best vegan burgers i have had in my life. Everything on the menu looked great. Highly recommended, especially if you are staying in this area.

A small cozy restaurant in a quiet area about 15-20 min walk from the center of Copenhagen, this is a popular place so itâs advisable to book in advance. We had booked a special offer, which was a delicious 3-course menu at very good value. All three dishes were beautiful combinations and well explained by the chef.If youâre used to American size portions you might not feel that 3 courses are enough but maybe this was what they call a âsnack menuâ. We opted to add a cheese dish which was also very delicious but small.The restaurant has a nice ambience and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.If you want to taste some the great Nordic kitchen and not pay a fortune I highly recommend to try this place.

We selected this restaurant for our special meal on a city break and we made a great choice. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and helped us to understand some of the local dishes. Krappakaka was great as was the cooler(!) lobster bisque. The venison special was outstanding. Copenhagen is not cheap but this restaurant was really good value. This place is a small sandwich restaurant close (a few blocks) to the Copenhagen main train station. You could easily walk by; however, you will be missing out on a great sandwich experience. The guy behind the counter recommended the 1, 5 or 9. I went with the 9 and was not disappointed. Easily, one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten.The one item that makes a sandwich great, not just good is the bread. The bread, texture and taste was excellent. Plus, extra points for being slightly toasted.Last the sandwich was a generous portion. You wonât leave hungry.
