Before writing this review, I had spoken to the manager.. and he didnât care.. and never corrected anything. So the brunch had a nice vibe and live singing.. but when it came to food, alcohol consumers pay the same price for the Friday brunch as non alcoholics.. the food was sooo limited and asking BD 40, GBP 80 for a person was horrendous.. showed the manager that all different types of meat have but cooked and displayed the same way just in different sauces.. and that isnât a brunch.. very disappointed in not only the food but also the managers.. never returning here!! Ambiance of the hotel, restaurants, grounds, and, of course, the food at Trader Vicâs is the reason I am a frequent customer. I enjoy sitting outside overlooking the water or inside where the lighting and atmosphere is both peaceful and relaxing. I usually order appetizers and drinks, which are all very good.

The venue itself is outstanding, one of the nicest places in Bahrain. From my own experience Nomad started very strong when they opened but it seems they are losing consistency with the quality of the food they offer. When you pay their prices you expect quality in every dish. Waited 25 minutes for a $20 beef burger (very average I must say) served with frozen fries. $7 for a small bottle of water doesn´t cut it for me. Won´t be coming back anytime soon.

I made a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the staff made all the arrangements.The restaurant ambience, view of the bay and all the arrangements made the night amazing (I don't want to say it, just in case you want to surprise your significant others, the restaurant gives something to remind you of the evening ;) The food was of the chart, it indulges your senses (from the way it is prepared with the freshest ingredients to the presentation). We had the filet mignon, the portion was perfect, not to mention what the chief send as a compliment. The staff were simply outstanding (thanks George). We were given a tour of the open kitchen concept at the end of the evening, I want to go back and try it.

I had dinner with my colleagues, The menu was perfect, something for everyone. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. It seems to be chosen by several parts of the world but without missing the authenticity. The grilled octopus and lobster gratin were impeccable, as well as the seafood pizza all the food that we had were fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. Service staff were very helpful and friendly too. Had a terrific dinner overall.Sure we will come back ..

Just what youâd expect from a British pub. Very lively and quite loud. But I am 55 !!! Comfortable seating and large viewing screens. Didnât have any food just drinks. We have booked the Friday brunch as it was cheaper than other areas and it looked packed when we viewed it earlier. We tried the pizzas and they were fenomenal. The ingredients were fresh and the dove just as it should be. Service was excellent from a very friendly Bhutanese. Its our first review after the renovation of Baharat.The food is good as usual. Chief Ahmed Salem has a magical touch for anything he prepares.I consider Baharat among the other good hotelsâ restaurants that offer a seafood theme night.Its pricey compared to others.On the buffet side They offer wide range of different dishes.Unfortunately, the Salmon was a bit cold and the some of the dishes needed refills.Personally, i didnât like the beef but maybe it is a matter of personal taste.I would suggest they offer chicken for people who would love to enjoy a nice place and company but they donât eat seafood due to allergic issues. The chicken is missing ! Plus, i would suggest they offer different dishes every week on the buffet. It would make them stand between the others.Baharat is worth a visit.
