We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening - we always try to have an Indian meal wherever we travel. Itâs always worth remembering that the experience will never replicate your favourite Indian restaurant at home. This is a small family run restaurant with a good variety of dishes on the menu including many vegetarian options. The owner seemed a little rushed off his feet and the service was slow.We both ordered lamb dishes which when the arrived were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I think the portions of the meals were on the small side. We also had pilau rice, steamed and nan bread all of which were excellent.The owner was very apologetic about the slow service and at least he acknowledged it. Given the quality of the food I would visit again and think we maybe just caught them on the wrong night from a service point of view.

Ordered Chicken Chat which was not what I expected but was delicious, would recommend followed by butter chicken and my partner got mixed Tandoori-The butter chicken was delicious and Tandorri was so tasty and a special dish in itself. Owners were lovely friendly people. Recommend this resturant and would re visit if I come back to Pisa

After paying outrageous prices (for proper meals) or ending up in tourist-traps, I needed something different from Italian fare. This place ticks all the boxes... Good food, cheap, no cover charge and very friendly service. Absolutely loved my Dal, and the mango Lassi was superb. Highly recommend. Great location near the river and just off the main walking street. A must-do if you like authentic Indian food.
