The service here is always top notch but not only that, the food is always great! Our middle school aged daughter chooses this every time we go out to eat, even for her birthday dinner as she loves the butter chicken and naan bread that much!

The offerings here at Baadshah are scrumptious to say the least. The lunch buffet is a great value at under $15 and the quality of each and every course is beyond reproach. The butter chicken is among the best I've ever enjoyed and the gulab jamun is probably the first I've ever had which treads the fine balance between being just sweet enough and so sweet it makes your cavities hurt. The naan is simply world-class. I can't imagine getting a better, more perfectly charred, savoury and toothsome naan anywhere else!If you are a millennial foodie looking for the latest ultra-modern fusion spin on Indian food where you get Murgh Kari with white truffles baked in a gateau Basque with chimichurri and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano on top you are in waaaaaaaaaaaaaay the wrong place. This is a very homey, worn, Indian restaurant which provides hearty comfort food and one that if you really appreciate good, filling, authentic Indian dishes you should make a beeline for right now!

I have tried several Indian restaurants all over the globe and Taj can easily be identified as fair. The food is acceptable and the service is OK.nothing stunning but no specific objection to be done. would I return there? if in Lethbridge sure, why not!
