I used to love Southern Spice, the food is different. However, this all changed with one bad attempt. As an Indian, I can tell you that Indians aren't known for their customer service. However, this one lady was terrible. After we had ordered, one dish didn't come. We asked different people many times, and they all said it was coming soon. This lady told me that we didn't order it. We politely informed her, that we had, but it was her mistake. She went ballistic, and started telling us how it was our fault. She then proceeded to try and charge us double for something we ordered, and when we refused, she just walked away from our table.NEVER COMING BACK! THE WORST WAITRESS!

The review of this restaurant is very polarizing, I had a great time having dinner with friends here. The dishes have distinct flavor each of their own, service is attentive but not intrusive. Definitely pricier than most but they have some dishes you will not find elsewhere. For instance, beef! The naan with minced lamb baked inside is to die for!
