We used to live within walking distance of the Modern Balti but moved to the other end of Barry and it sometimes became a pain to drive across to pick up a takeaway,Then we found out that they had started a delivery service and it was win win for us with our favourite Indian in town,Food as always is cooked to perfection, everything fresh and succulent,Staff amazing and very polite and food delivered within a reasonable time,Thank you, will call again

Would definitely reccomend here to couples, families, anybody really. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was cooked to perfection ( we especially loved the Chill coriander naan, probably the best one we've had) after our meal we wasn't rushed to leave and they also waited a while which I thought was appropriate to give us the desert menu. Would definitely reccomend!

We ended our surf-filled weekend with dinner from here. It was well worth the visit. For starters we had: onion pakora, paneer, mixed grill and oven baked mushrooms. For our mains we had: vindaloo, biryani, butter chicken and prawn mango curry. All accompanied with an ice cold mango lassi. All our food was fresh and delicious. The service was courteous and considerate. We would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Be advised; they donât accept card payments on Sundays.

I have had some excellent meals at Mo's, however last 2 meals a dissapointment, especially the lamb, which has gone from tasty and tender to tough and tastless, massala sauces overloaded with sugar and too sweet to eat. I will keep returning and hope the owners improve

We decided to eat here as the food is delicious, my wife had lamb vindaloo while I had the biryani special, what a plate full, the food was good, the only down side is it is so cold that you have to keep your jackets on, why canât the owners put proper adequate heating in? Will go back just for the food, maybe bring own heater?.

My husband and I visited the mint room and must say we were very impressed by the great service and standard. the food was full of flavour and tastes absolutely delicious. Personally, I thought it was not only the best Indian in Barry but the best Indian I have been to. We ordered the salmon tikka and sheek kebab for starters that came beautifully decorated and the lamb shank was definitely the best I had.the lamb chops(Frankenstein)tasted unbelievably delicious. We would definitely recommend the Mint room and a well deserved 5 stars from us.Hello thank you for the review and your kind words..
