The fixed menu gives an amazing range of tastes, in a great atmosphere with really helpful and friendly staff. 16 dishes over 3 courses with nothing too fiery and all beautifully presented. Lager not needed! Their interesting wines compliment the food. I took our family including my three very discerning adult lads who rated it simply the best Indian/fusion food they had tasted.

A lovely little restaurant with enormous potential. The curries are, unfortunately, so oily that one cannot taste the subtle and complex flavours that should be evident in my favourite type of food. I attach a photo - the oil on the plate I spooned out of the bowl of food and as you can see I had some way to go. Very disappointing.

This is a really good place to grab some Indian food. Itâs located in the Sea Point area. It has inside and outside seating. Portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The service is friendly and excellent. We had butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and pork rogan josh, with a few different naans. All were excellent, but if you can only pick one, I recommend the butter chicken.We thank you very much for visiting us, itâs much appreciated. Please see you have mentioned âPorkâ Roganjosh in error, instead of Lamb Roganjosh. As an Indian restaurant we only serve Chicken & lamb from Halal suppliers. Eating at this restaurant in Cape Town was a superb experience. The setting is aesthetically beautiful, the service from our waiter Mathew was outstanding, the food was delicious. Just loved every minute and morsel. If I return to Cape Town this would be my first choice of where to eat.

A no frills but invariably excellent family owned Indian restaurant. Friendly long standing experienced waiters. Not snob or trendy place thank heaven just always a good and thoroughly satisfying meal. Chicken/ meat meltingly tender in a rich sauce, good Paratha's / Roti's. In forty plus years this place has been the benchmark.
