We called over from our hotel which was literally less than a block away. We were told our sandwich and fries would take 15 minutes it. It arrived 45 minutes later. Even though I have to admit the sandwich was delicious, the french fries were very good, it took too long! If you can't deliver in the time that you specify, then maybe you should call your customer back and see if they still want the item that they ordered. Or at least have the courtesy to waive the delivery fee of $2 for their trouble. That's just our opinion, take it for what it's worth.Hi Kent,We are sincerely sorry that your food order took longer than anticipated. Our meals are made fresh to order and sometimes do take longer than expected if we are busy. We are a small restaurant and insist on our food being delivered hot and fresh for every single guest.We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our delcious sandwich and french fries.
